Knowing the appointment for your oil and filter change was easy and that your Acura RLX was back on the road in just over an hour with a thorough 100-plus-point inspection is rewarding. Hearing that the inspection didn’t delay your schedule means a lot to our service department.
First time visiting Apple Tree Honda for routine maintenance with my new/used 2024 Honda Touring CRV. While I signed up for the air filter replacement, John Tiedemann - my service advisor - said I didn't need it. That speaks volumes to me as ATH could have easily just performed the service without saying anything. Doing right by the customer is how you build long term relationships.
