    I have owned Acuras over the years from different dealers but Apple Tree is a joke. I purchased a new 2019 RDX and have had electronics (Infotainment Issues)... for a year now. It's a well known problem and lots of owners nationwide are experiencing these issues. The Service Dept as well as salesmen play stupid regarding the known problems. I was at the dealer a week ago. They lie directly to your face. Want you to leave the car to "assess" and see if they can repair the issues. WAKE UP, there is no fix. Its a major engineering design flaw. I know of one owner where the service dept replaced the entire unit 7 times with always the same result, NOT FIXED. So why would I want to waste my time taking the vehicle to the dealer constantly for an issue that cannot be fixed. I know the dealers did not design or manufacture the RDX so its not the fault of individuals that work there but keeping up the LIE is........Buyer Beware....I wish I could return the vehicle and not loose a bunch of money in the process but with everyone including Acura Corporate, fat chance of that happening. I will NEVER EVER purchase another Honda product.

    I had a great experience at Apple Tree Acura. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted so I came back to test drive a car several times. Tyler in Sales was... great - no pressure with the right amount of follow up. Duane, the Sales Manager was very accommodating and we were able to work a deal that was right for us. I'm very happy with my purchase along with the friendliness and service that I received. Also, a quick shout out to the service department where they service our older Acura with the same customer service as if it was brand new.

    After purchasing an Acura TSX from AppleTree, my car had oil consumption issues. In short, it was losing 4.5 qts of oil per 4000 miles. I received a... recall notice about the issue and brought it in for service. I was told that the dealership would need to monitor the issue once a month for a complete oil cycle, taking photos and sending them in was not an option. After 8 months, I am still waiting and monitoring. Long road trips are a little scary, as I must take oil in my trunk and monitor along the way. I have not had resolution to this issue.

    After not purchasing a car for several years, I had a wonderful experience with Apple Tree Acura. The salesman, Edward Burt, went out of his way to be... helpful and accommodating. He was extremely nice, very professional and courteous and did not make me feel rushed or dumb for the numerous questions I asked. From the time I walked into the dealership, he welcomed me warmly and was very interested to hear about what I had in mind and could afford. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and have already recommended him to two family members who are looking to buy new vehicles.

    I had a great buying experience with Josh All. I walked in with specific features I was looking for. I visited several dealerships before Apple Tree Acura... and each one tried to sway me to something else. Josh showed me everything that met my wants and nothing more. I found a beautiful Acura and the sell couldn't have been easier. They were very busy and short on people but still found a way to make it short and easy. I got a great deal on my car and my trade in value was fair. No "car salesman" stereotype. Short, fair, and easy. Very satisfied.

    I bought a 2 year old Acura RDX from the used car dealership and had many snags in the entire process. After first test driving the car, my husband and... I were sat down for 2 hours going over price, interest rates and anything else the sales man could pitch us at 7PM. My husband was recovering from a cold and after stating NUMEROUS times that if we were still interested we could come back, the sales man pressured us to sign 10 pieces of paper, that were similar to the paperwork you would sign for buying a car, just so we could leave and go home! After leaving there I wasn't sure if I had purchased the car or not. I came back a second time to take the car to a mechanic and body shop expert. The mechanic said the car checked out mechanically. The body shop expert however brought to our attention that the hood had been completely re-painted and buffer, and even though the car fax was 100% clean, some work had been done to the hood. He also pointed out a water leak in one of the front head lights which was causing the light to fog over. We asked Apple Tree about why we were never informed of the hood being previously damaged, (they had told us multiple times there were nothing wrong with this car and that nothing had been damaged or replaced) they said it was not "pertinent information" because it had been fixed and was not filed on the previous owner's insurance. However, they did say the previous owner had dinged it up with some golf ball's and had the hood re-painted and the dings buffed out. Upon returning to the dealership my husband and I decided we would make an offer on the car if they would take some money off of the price because the headlight would need to be fixed and the hood needed to be re-buffed because of the bubbles in the paint job. Apple Tree's answer was absolutely not, but they would have their paint guy re-buff it and someone to re-seal the headlights. This seemed fair enough to us so we purchased the vehicle, even though we were INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED in the horrible customer service. To top it all off, about a month later when trying to fold the back seats down to fit a piece of furniture, I realized that the back right seat would not fold down and was broken. I know I should have checked everything before I purchased the car, but after being assured multiple times that everything had been checked by their department, I decided I had done enough testing. Overall, before you purchase a used car from Apple Tree Acura/Honda, have it thoroughly inspected by a mechanic and body shop expert, and double check that EVERY function of the car works, because if it doesn't it is less thank likely they will tell you. Terrible customer service, so make sure you come in with a hard head, otherwise they will walk all over you. Basically, if you can buy a car anywhere else, I would suggest you do so.

    The sales people gave me inaccurate information from an online car value site. The salesman accepted my offer until we sat down to do the paperwork and... then said the sales manager would not approve it. They sold the car I had test driven while we were negotiating the price and then tried to talk me into a different color. They said an allowance from Acura that would allow them to accept my offer was probably coming down the next day and they would call me. They did not call. When I called them ,intending to accept their offer, they had gone up more than $1000. Overall, a very questionable operation. I have owned 3 Acuras ; this will be my last. I purchased a car from this dealer 3 years ago.

    We just leased our second Acura MDX from Apple Tree and everything went smoothly. Staff were very helpful and went over all the lease details thoroughly... and gave us a good overview of all the wonderful new features.

    I purchased my Certified Pre-owned Acura from Tim Willis, Pre-owned Internet Sales, and could not have had a better buying experience. My time was limited.... As such, they offered me to take the car home overnight to test drive and decide. The purhcase was efficient and professional. I also ordered some accessories. When I took the car back to have them installed and have a few very minor issues addressed, I was given a loaner vehicle, the accessories were installed, and the issues corrected. Overall a nearly perfect purchase and delivery experience.
