    I had a great buying experience with Josh All. I walked in with specific features I was looking for. I visited several dealerships before Apple Tree Acura and each one tried to sway me to something else. Josh showed me everything that met my wants and nothing more. I found a beautiful Acura and the sell couldn't have been easier. They were very busy and short on people but still found a way to make it short and easy. I got a great deal on my car and my trade in value was fair. No "car salesman" stereotype. Short, fair, and easy. Very satisfied.

    I bought a 2 year old Acura RDX from the used car dealership and had many snags in the entire process. After first test driving the car, my husband and I were sat down for 2 hours going over price, interest rates and anything else the sales man could pitch us at 7PM. My husband was recovering from a cold and after stating NUMEROUS times that if we were still interested we could come back, the sales man pressured us to sign 10 pieces of paper, that were similar to the paperwork you would sign for buying a car, just so we could leave and go home! After leaving there I wasn't sure if I had purchased the car or not. I came back a second time to take the car to a mechanic and body shop expert. The mechanic said the car checked out mechanically. The body shop expert however brought to our attention that the hood had been completely re-painted and buffer, and even though the car fax was 100% clean, some work had been done to the hood. He also pointed out a water leak in one of the front head lights which was causing the light to fog over. We asked Apple Tree about why we were never informed of the hood being previously damaged, (they had told us multiple times there were nothing wrong with this car and that nothing had been damaged or replaced) they said it was not "pertinent information" because it had been fixed and was not filed on the previous owner's insurance. However, they did say the previous owner had dinged it up with some golf ball's and had the hood re-painted and the dings buffed out. Upon returning to the dealership my husband and I decided we would make an offer on the car if they would take some money off of the price because the headlight would need to be fixed and the hood needed to be re-buffed because of the bubbles in the paint job. Apple Tree's answer was absolutely not, but they would have their paint guy re-buff it and someone to re-seal the headlights. This seemed fair enough to us so we purchased the vehicle, even though we were INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED in the horrible customer service. To top it all off, about a month later when trying to fold the back seats down to fit a piece of furniture, I realized that the back right seat would not fold down and was broken. I know I should have checked everything before I purchased the car, but after being assured multiple times that everything had been checked by their department, I decided I had done enough testing. Overall, before you purchase a used car from Apple Tree Acura/Honda, have it thoroughly inspected by a mechanic and body shop expert, and double check that EVERY function of the car works, because if it doesn't it is less thank likely they will tell you. Terrible customer service, so make sure you come in with a hard head, otherwise they will walk all over you. Basically, if you can buy a car anywhere else, I would suggest you do so.

    The sales people gave me inaccurate information from an online car value site. The salesman accepted my offer until we sat down to do the paperwork and then said the sales manager would not approve it. They sold the car I had test driven while we were negotiating the price and then tried to talk me into a different color. They said an allowance from Acura that would allow them to accept my offer was probably coming down the next day and they would call me. They did not call. When I called them ,intending to accept their offer, they had gone up more than $1000. Overall, a very questionable operation. I have owned 3 Acuras ; this will be my last. I purchased a car from this dealer 3 years ago.
