Very bad service from salesman James as well as his Sales Manager Gilbert. Very willing to take advantage of certain individuals.

Thomas was and is a great salesman. He walked me through the entire process, pointed out certain features of the car during the test drive, and has been in constant communication with me from the beginning to this very day. I couldn't ask for a better sales representative. Thomas Shin is by far the best!!!

Olga was responsive and helpful when I called to see if some cars were still available and if I could see them. She was prompt when I arrived and had everything ready to show me. She was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, even though it was not a Porsche. We were able to create a deal and a purchase within 3 hours from start to finish which is exactly the way I like to by a car. Fast and easy. She worked with the managers and other players to get me the most possible for my trade in and to understand that I wanted to pay for the car with a mix of cash and credit. She had the card ready for us the next day with a bow for my daughter, who fell in love. Great overall experience!

Everything is great till you buy the car. The sales person (Thomas) and finance staff were great! They even waited for me after hours to finish the paperwork so that I could take the car same day. I really appreciate that. However, if you’re buying a pre-owned car, which is not a Porsche, the communication and support is extremely limited and unreliable. I wish they worked a bit better on communication and customer service.
