John was so easy and competent to deal with during my current problems with my mazda and after quickly diagnosing both problems and repairing I was so pleasantly suprised to find out (after the initial estimate) that a lot of the repairs were covered under warrenty!! An early Christmas present and they washed my car👍👍👍👍

John/ service advisor
I was driving my car on Wednesday afternoon and my tire pressure light came on. It was later in the day close to closing time. Bit I thought I would see if they could helped anyway. I met John the service advisor and he was extremely understanding accommodating and professional. John is a terrific asset to Scott Mazda.

Always a pleasure having my Mazda 6 serviced @Scott. Friendly staff makes getting service easy and convenient. Wait time was not a problem as my car was done as promised.

Oil change and warranty work
I like this dealership. I own 2 Mazdas, a Mini, a Toyota, and a Mercedes. All go only to dealers for all work. Scott Mazda is the best Mazda dealership I have found for my cars. It is better than the Toyota and Mini dealers, by far, and while the experience is nowhere near what Mercedes offers, it is a whole lot cheaper. Every repair done, or modifications requested, were done flawlessly.

Very good service
Got there 30 minutes early took me in and I was out of there in 30 minutes it was 4 A re call all so needed some help with hooking up my cell phone which I found out I needed a new wire works great now

Terrible service
The leasing process was smooth, however afterwards there was some mistakes with the financing and i had to fight for a month to receive my money back that they overcharged on my down payment. No one ever answers the phone, and if they do answer or call back it’s because I had to say in the voicemail I was just going to show up. I spoke with Tony one of the managers at Mazda and he was nothing but nasty yelling at me over the phone telling me that next time i can take my business elsewhere. Super unprofessional, i would never recommend this company.
