They took me late. They tried to sell me on services I didn’t need. And they screwed up a simple oil change by not putting enough oil in. Not long after,... the oil light was on. Terrible experience.

I was a Multi Subaru customer for years. In fact, I sent many family members and friends there to get their cars. I really liked this dealership for buying... and servicing. When it be came an Open Road dealership I wasn't sure if I would still like it. When it was time to turn in my lease, I went back to ask about a new lease and to see any changes for myself. I had no reason to be apprehensive! The new management is doing a fantastic job. Maybe even better than the previous owners. Everyone is EXTREMELY friendly and made me feel like I had been doing business with them for years. Michael made leasing my new Outback so easy and painless. I came last Friday night and he helped me pick the perfect color. It was late and I had to get home so I left a deposit, because it was Father's Day weekend and they only had two in the color I liked, and made plans to come back on Monday to complete all of the paperwork. Michael communicated with me over the weekend by email. We exchanged lots of information and got everything ready. When I got there on Monday after work, my Outback was parked out front with my name on a welcome sign in the window. That made me feel great. The paperwork went quick and smooth. One of the managers even stopped by to make sure everything was OK. I was really impressed by the whole thing. Great great great! I have no hestitation continuing to send family and friends to this dealership.

If you are looking to get a new car, visit Open Road Subaru and see Joey Manuel!! We have been to several dealerships and he was by far the best. He provided... exceptional service, explained everything we needed to know, and also a very understanding person. It made the process quick and efficient, we got the car for a great price and within 30 minutes. We come from a family of Subaru and we have started off with our first 08 Subaru and we still own this to this day. Definitely worth giving Joey a try, his service can't be beat!!

Stay away! Absolutely incompetent! Not willing to do anything to resolve their errors. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but here!!! Save yourself... the frustration and wasted time! This is not my first car, now that I am pushing 50, I have dealt with a lot of dealers and these here are by far the worst, they just kept giving me complete bogus excuses and information while doing the absolute opposite of what they were telling me they would do.

Called the dealership ahead of time to find out if they had specific model. The salesperson assured me they had this car in multiple colors. I told him... how nervous I was going to a dealership during a pandemic and that I want to make sure he had the cars on the lot. He again reassured me he had multiple cars in all colors. He also told me that the dealership would not have a lot of people. When I got there, the dealership was extremely crowded inside. There was also a female worker not wearing a mask. I would never trust this dealership. They took advantage and said whatever they needed to persuade me to go.

At Open Road Subaru, the entirety of the staff was very helpful towards the purchase process. Even though I had bought the vehicle during this pandemic,... they had allowed me to test drive the truck. The process of the test drive allowed me and my mother to be alone in the vehicle to ensure everyone's safety. Their staff were all wearing mask and keeping everything clean. I had purchased the truck through Joey Manuel. He was an amazing salesman. He never pushed us to purchase the vehicle, but also was very helpful with the process. They made it to where I walked into the dealer, signed the papers, and walked out. Along with negotiation, they had gave a lot of leeway and offered a very great deal. I would recommend going to Open Road Subaru, and purchase through Joey Manuel.

Joey was very helpful during our purchase. The finance officer was nice too, and didn’t try to push many additions. Definitely recommend this dealership... and Joey Manual :)

I bought my car about a month ago at Open Road Subaru. I definitely recommend going here. The staff treated me with dignity and respect, which is what... you want when making a big purchase like a car! I tend to shy away from direct sales confrontations, but I was put at ease by the team on their willingness to listen and show me their inventory (I give my shout out to salesperson Ebelin who put time and care into working with me!). Most importantly to me, I was never asked to submit a review, which made me feel like this is a genuine team.
