I purchased.

I purchased. A vehicle dec. 31st from james filmore and he understood the assignment..when we arrived we test drove a few vehicle went inside and started the paperwork.Will from finance was a dream as well,very efficient and to the point ..He did not waste my time..overall it as a smooth transaction

We bought a car more than 3 months ago.

We bought a car more than 3 months ago. We were told that we will receive the title in 2 months. Nothing as of today. We called the dealership many times. We are always transferred to the extension no one picks up and no one returns the messages. My email was not answered either.

I recently just came here looking at cars and I spoke with Michelle, and she was great. She was very informative on the details of the cars and overall knew what she was talking about. Definitely will be back if I need a car anytime soon!

Out the Door Price is Everything

Found my car with the help of this site. Got an out the door price over the phone, Put a deposit down with the OTD price clearly put in an email. Got to dealer the car was ready to go and even paid a little less. Everyone was nice and friendly. No pressure from finance dept to buy extra stuff but was a lot offered, some of it was a good value. During covid times prices fluctuate and suggest taking extra time to buy.

Fraud experience

Worse experience ever. Promise to show us a Legacy. When we arrive, we were seated and had to wait. Then we were informed that the Legacy is at another site and they have no access to it. Then told to leave a deposit to hold the car since many other people want to see it and when we return we will be the first to see it. Left the deposit. The following week, we returned to get back our deposit and still have not received it. We are given the run-around to get back our deposit. It's been over 2 months. How is this company still in business.
