Auto Credit Sales Hayden

Sent 2 requests thru cars.com for pricing on Dodge trucks but failed to get a reply.

I have purchased three vehicles from Auto Credit in Hayden. Caleb greeted us as soon as we pulled up every time. He offered excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend this car lot!!!!!

Submitted a request to speak with someone. Didn't hear back for three days before I decided to call myself, upon calling I gave them my information and expressed my interest in a few cars on their lot. They never called back and it's been 3 weeks now. Won't be considering this lot again.

Had a great experience with auto credit! Bought a previous car from here and I just got into a new one today and it's the best car I've driven so far. My salesmen was Jeremiah, he was great with helping me get into a car and made sure I loved it. He actually cares about what you want and will do what he can to get you in something that fits you. Great place. Highly recommended!!!

We pulled into auto credit sales in Hayden Idaho and were immediately were greeted by Caleb(The best salesman we have ever met). We told him our story of how the car we have broke down and we were tired of putting money in it. And we were looking to trade it in. He showed us a few cars that would work with out budget and then gave us time to look and test drive them instead of getting the usual show them one car and pressure them to buy. He let us have time to look and drive while he figured out what to do with our situation. He had and idea and even had his boss Neal come out and explain things. Long story short they went way out of there way to help us and gave us a great deal with no money out of pocket and withing our price range. They even took our broke car that we still owed in on as trade.

Zack Letsch helped me from day one when I went into buy a vehicle. He was very helpful and professional and very patient. He let me test drive all the vehicles I liked and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted. He has awesome customers service skills. I have bought 3 vehicles from them and always had Zack there to help me look for what I wanted and was always cheerful and always wanted to make his customer happy and always put them first. I will always tell everyone how awesome it is there. Zack is the sales guy you wanna talk to. He rocks! I was always happy with the vehicle I left with and the customer service with Zack Letsch. They are the best car lot and the customer service skills that I know. I have been to other ones and have been turned down or treated badly. But when I went to Auto Credit and had Zack helped me it was amazing.

We went here to look at a car.we found one after nobody came out to help at all,we found it asked to test drive ot,it shut off shouldn't stay running told the manager,Rodger he said his mechanics would look at it they did n found the broblem whoever fixed it befor ducktaped the vacuum lines together.(they also told me when I picked it they already fixed everything ito it and put $400 of work) they fixed that problem not even a week later the fuel pump went out.they blamed it on us saying we don't keep gas on it when we always had at least 1/2 tank in it.back and forth 12x for them to fix it we finally called the head manager of auto credit told him problems we were having and told him alot of things wrong with the Hayden location.he then asked us to go to perfection tired to get our car fixed all major problems were fixed and came out to$600 befor labor.alot of problemse

Went in for a 2nd test drive on a 2003 ford sport trac and explained to the car salesman that I was not certain about the vehicle because i shut it off and tried to restart it but it wouldn't start. They offered to put in a new battery. The vehicle has oil leaks and I wanted to think it over and get a carfax but that is when the salesman tried to pressure me into taking the car home today. We literally argued about why I didn't want to purchase the vehicle that second. It seems to me that they only care about there comission and don't care about whether or not the vehicle was a well running and safe vehicle. They lost a customer today just because of the high pressure I felt to purchase. After talking to previous customers like my brother and 2 of my close friends I am confident that I made a wise choice to drive away in the vehicle I had planned to trade in. Hands down the worst car lot experience I have yet to encounter.

I haven't bought a car in a while and when I came in I was greeted by a salesman that did not pressure me at all. He told me to feel free to look around. (NO PRESSUE) and that's what I like. So I found the truck I wanted after looking around for a bit. I drove the truck and fell in love. They made it so easy for me to buy. The finance guy Steve was unbelievable. He got me approved at a Credit Union with a low rate so my payments were low enough I purchased a service contract to cover any issues I would have on the truck. I recommend these guys to all my co workers , friends and family. If you want a car go see these guys. Thanks you Hayden Auto Credit.
