Unplanned Service Drive Visit

Even with an unplanned service drive visit, the service department's goodwill service got my daughter back on the road to Phoenix. The morning of, she noticed a low oil light on her Forester. With no spare oil to add, I sent her to the service department. They efficiently addressed the issue and included a quick under-hood check of other fluids. She arrived in Phoenix safely. Thank you Timmons service department!

Service Department

The mechanics at this facility are dishonest, I mark my tires to see if they really rotate the tires, and they did not, I talked to the manager and explain my disappointment. I will never buy a car from this dealership

Happy with my experience, all thanks to Moises :)

My experience buying my crosstrek at Timmons Suburu was personally very stressful, but Moises helped me along the way. Moises was kind, knowledgeable, communicative, honest, and not pushy at all. He respected the time I needed to process everything and assured me of safety and longevity info. I had recently been in a very bad car accident and was very nervous about buying or being in a car again. Though I was not satisified by the options available as far as colors and trims etc for the Crosstrek, and they only had 3 on the lot in total sadly, I was still able to walk away with a Crosstrek. Moises has continued to check in here and there to make sure I'm satisfied and all set. Definitely one of the better experiences I have had buying a car, outside of my circumstances.

Customer service means a lot and when first arrived at dealer for service no one greets or acknowledges you. It seems like advisors aren?t happy to be there.

I recently purchased a 2024 Crosstrek and I absolutely love it! I walked in Timm I ns Subaru in Long Beach and spoke to a very friendly salesperson, Henry Park. He was very professional and there was absolutely no pressure at all. I have been eyeing on this car for quite a while and with Henry's knowledge of it's features, it mDe it much easier to decide

Greatest Car Buying Experience I?ve Ever Had!

Timmons Subaru is a great dealership! I bought my Forester Sport in July 2022 and just had its 6 month service in January. Every time I walk into Timmons I walk out extremely satisfied. Jeff Sollee helped me place the order for my Forester in April 2022 and kept me updated on the progress of my car even calling me with the good news that it was ready 2 months earlier than it?s originally ETA. The 6 month service was smooth and easy. I left my car there while I went exploring Long Beach and they called me once it was ready, even washed my car for me. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking into buying a Subaru to go to Timmons in Long Beach. You won?t be disappointed! And make sure to ask for Jeff!!

Exceptional service

Our second time using Russell Csonka at Timmons for a completely wonderful car purchase. I highly recommend you request him. Our first visit was in 2024 and here we were 7 years later replacing a different Subaru.
