No communication whatsoever. I got an automated response, to which I replied then I never heard from them again.

Sent multiple emails to confirm if the vehicle was still available. I had to contact car lot via cellphone. Car lot would not provide Carfax saying that was the buyer's responsibility

Great Cars they have and honest. Just bought a car from them for my daughter and they explained everything about it. Car was priced way below what other competitors were charging so I got great deal on it.

Very attentive and contacted me back quickly. The vehicle they had listed was not exactly as advertised. They were listing the truck as the high end Tacoma Pro while the vehicle pictured on their lot was a Tacoma TRD Sport. This was possibly an honest mistake or an attempt at bait and switch.

Recently purchased a used car from Mega. I was dealing with Sonny who I believe is the owner. Sonny is a very nice guy and honest. There were some repairs that needed attention ... he quickly took care of these and even showed me the new and old parts. The VW I purchased as very clean and Sonny described it too me very accurately ... the good and bad. I enjoyed working a deal with Sonny and I believe I got a very good used car at a very good price. I will do business with Mega Auto and Sonny again!
