Recently I had my repossed due to me being sick and hospitalized I couldn’t afford the payment Sandra told that I could get my things when the car made it back to Dallas They stole all of my medication along with my back and cleaning supplies Jose had the nerve to tell me that it wasn’t in the car when it was I paid off 2 vehicles with these people / company and to have my things stolen is heart broken please do not keep your personal belongings in your car they will steal from you and say that it wasn’t in there. I know Jerry the owner well he is not like that him nor Jonathan but these new people and customer service is horrible I would never refer anyone there

If I had a choice not to leave 1 star I wouldn’t!!

Big Tex Automart I purchased a 2008 Cadillac Escalade on Mother’s Day weekend. I had to wait 2-3 days before I was able to get it due to them saying it needs to go through inspection and after finally getting it the check engine light was on, the passenger door handle was loose as well as the chrome piece on the side door. The mirrors don’t close, car SHAKES AND ROCKS over 60 mph on the freeway. I had to drop the car off twice to get everything fixed and the check engine light is still on. I was told the factory may be selling default sensors but it was replaced twice and still the check engine light is on. I left my car over a week as well due to them needing to fix my headlight and I was told at first to not drive at night. The headlight was supposed to be there on Thursday and it didn’t come until Tuesday of the following week. I had to call in at work because I am 8 months pregnant and at the time my daughter was not feeling well and they made me sit up there for 2-3 hours to look at check engine light that is still on today! I live in Arlington and don’t feel like I need to keep asking family members and friends to give me a ride to and from Big Tex Auto! When the car I purchased should be a reliable car. I am a mother of 3 with one on the way in August which is why I purchased the suv in the first place. I paid a car off with this company before and did not expect to be treated so awful. The only person I could say that has tried to work with me was Sandra. Everyone else has pushed me aside and is not willing to take this matter seriously!! Be careful and really inspect the cars you choose from this company.

Buyer beware

Lies lies lies that's what you'll get with these guys junk cars buyer beware they will hide the repairs until the warranty is gone your car will spend more time getting repaired then you driving it

Please beware! Stay away!

Their ad states no credit check which is a LIE because if so it would not be an inquiry on my credit report I spent hours at this dealership only to be told no. In house financing. I think not. They were mentioned in D Magazine. I am still trying to figure out why. That accomplishment need to be given to another dealership. Don't waste your time!

Faulty repair

They DO NOT offer Carfax , BUYER Beware!!!! Pay attention to what is covered under their warranty. 1800.00 dollars was more important to them than making a Faulty repair right!!!
