    Saw a car on their website, called and checked on its availability. The salesman said they still had it and to come on in to take a test drive. So I drive... 45 minutes to the dealer. Get there and sit in the lobby for another 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, told them I called and wanted to test drive the car. The salesguy told me the car had been sold earlier even though on the phone they told me to come in. Will never buy a car here

    Had promptly aquired about a car that just was listed, stated I wanted it for sure and was promoted to submit finance app which already had completed and... only had hit send which I then did. Was told the car was not even looked over yet by thier service department and I'd be notified when it had and app was reviewed. After not hearing from them a couple days decided I would call check on it. Was told my app was accepted and let's set up time to get car, after asking some questions come to realize was not the same car I applied for but a very same car yet had 3× more miles and cost even more, to my dissapointment I said no I don't want that one it's not what I applied for , was told the one I applied for was sold already. After looking over thier inventory found another I liked and applied for or it, was told accepted again but they were backed up and would be a few days til heard from them, never heard a thing , then to top it off get letter from creditor that was not accepted for finance even though they twice told me I was. Worst sales dept ever, be cautious !!!

    I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful... and the car prices are unbelievable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car for a reasonable price. If you plan on visiting the dealership to look at cars be sure to ask for Frank and Gabe they are two wonderful men who are very helpful in the car buying process.

    First and last purchase from Hertz. Salesman lied to get me into a vehicle. Figured since buying a certified car that they'd at least change the wipers... and air filters. So, didn't check them. Checked them after I got home to realize the vehicle still had the cabin and engine air filters from the factory with over 40k miles on it and were filthy. Also, shortly after taking it home, the TPMS light came on for the tires. I checked the tires and reset the sensor. It's on again a week later. Super frustrated with this place. First and last car from them.

    I don't know if it's because I'm old, fat, a woman or because my old car is a beater, but, I walked in there with my own financing and I felt like I had... to convince the salesman to sell me a car and finally he said that I didn't really want to buy the car and at that point I said I didnt.

    Attempted to purchase a car from this dealership, EVERY staff was extremely difficult to deal with. They would not give me a clear answer on what the... dock fees/dealer fees would be. They would not honor any Hertz Gold or AAA discounts, stating, “we have never heard of these, we do not honor any discounts, or they only apply to the rent-to-buy cars.” After talking to Gabe and Eric several times and telling them I spoke with corporate and confirmed that ALL dealers are required to honor the discounts did they finally acknowledge a discount would be applied. I told them I was coming from out of state and would not be financing and they were very short with me. After talking with them about 4-5 times throughout the day about the vehicle I was interested in, Gabe finally called me back at their closing time and said the vehicle was sold. I would never buy from this dealer. I guess if you are an average joe off the street looking to finance any used care and are not concerned with fees/car condition, this would be the place for you.

    I inquired about a used car. I received an email from Devon Trouten stating to call him to go over additional information. When I called, he did not try... to provide information willingly, but instead I had to keep the conversation going for him. I knew, prior to contacting this location, that I would probably not be approved for anything. However, I was assured by Devon that I could go online, fill out a financing application, and submit it to be used as a "pre-qualified" offer and it would NOT pull a hard inquiry, but would instead pull a soft. I verified this 3 times on the phone with him and he assured me he would not do that. No more than 45 minutes later, I received a notification that my credit score had dropped by 3 points. I contacted Devon and he "apologized" for the mistake. That's all well and good, but now my credit was illegally pulled and in return, I lost 3 points. Devon stated, "well, you work for a bank and therefore you should know that credit scores are changed regularly". First off, where I work has nothing to do with someone illegally pulling my credit report. I then requested to speak to a supervisor. A man by the name of Dave came onto the phone and my husband took over the phone call at that point. My husband introduced himself politely and then proceeded to explain the issue. Dave then interrupts my husband and says, "are you finished now so that I can talk?" in a very nasty tone. I then spoke to him and stated that we were just trying to provide information on the situation that happened. He responds, "well I don't need you to explain because I've already heard the story from Devon. I then advised that as a part of customer service, we should never be talked to that way, number 1. Number 2, Devon would say anything to save his own behind, therefore you should ALWAYS listen to what a customer has to say without being disrespectful or interrupting them. All of which Dave did not do. I then advised that this was their mistake and it needed to be rectified. He refused to do anything about it and said "call your lawyer. They won't do anything". I then disconnected and contacted Transunion. Transunion advised that a soft pull would NEVER cause a credit score to drop down, therefore it was verified that a hard pull was completed. I have been given directions on how to proceed by Transunion, therefore I will be taking this higher, however I would recommend that no one contact this location for business.

    I brought 2016 Toyota Yaris it’s is nice care good condition.people r well frank n good helper fell great to deal with them..they helped me in easy way... after 2 hours they did everything about loan n everything after that they gave me car key ..I m soooo happy .henz car sale is great n nice...
