The service department is racist. They refuse to work my 2020 Jeep because my not white. They said it was because they don’t work on my kind of car.

When I purchased my 2008R/T Challenger from the dealership in 2012 the experience was great! The service department, however, has been a nightmare. I took it in for my first oil change and the service advisor wanted to upsell hundreds of dollars of services to me. The second oil change I went in for was at 4:00 (They close at 6:00.) a different advisor told me, "Nope, can't do it sweetheart". I've taken it in 3 times for an intermittent no start concern. The only reason I went back was because as a dealer they have the only equipment to diagnose my concern. The first 2 visits cost me over $1500.00 and they wanted an additional $400.00 for the 3rd visit with a $200.00 diagnostic fee (This was added without my consent of which I refused to pay.). My car wasn't repaired the way it was supposed to be and now only one key fob works. They tried to upsell me maintenance services the first 2 times I went in without fixing my concern. Each time I went in the service advisor did not write down the details I told him. As a 25+ year service advisor in the automobile industry I can honestly say that this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Sadly, it's due to inexperienced service advisors that do not listen to the customer's concerns which in turn leads to technicians not receiving needed information to properly diagnose the concern of the customer.

I took my Dodge Ram 1500 SLT in for a clicking noise on a cold crank. research about common problems with the clicking noise coming from my truck revealed the following. Ram trucks has a known problem with wharp manifold and broken bolts on the manifold. Instead of Dodge recalling the vehicles to fix the problem with the upgraded parts they put the cost on the customers. Dodge dealership in Yakima, WA hit me up for $1601.42 for a problem they know about and did it with a smile. Once the dealership makes the deal, they doesn't care anymore about the customer. When I went to retreive my vehicle and doing an inspection of the parts that was supposely replaced I noticed that my oil gauge was reset to 100%. Come to find out the oil change was NOT conducted but I was charged. I had to leave my vehicle another night so the oil change can be done. The service manager came out and apologized for the mishap and stated that he would adjust my bill for my inconvience. Upon return the next day to retreive my vehicle the only thing that was given to me was a car wash. I could have washed my own vehicle and NO they didn't adjust my bill or even offer a free oil change on my next visit. So much, for customer care! I was debating on upgrading to a 2500 series, but now I will not purchase another vehicle from them or even speak to friends or family members who might want to purchase a Dodge. You can keep your friendly smile and do right by the customers. Shame on you for teating your customers so terribly!!!

They just care about the Money.
If I could give them a negative star I would, I took my jeep in about a year ago and they put in an aftermarket radiator from a local parts dealer, Webbers to be exact but charged me for a regular OEM radiator from their parts department without my knowledge. Took it in again recently to get the radiator fixed because it was leaking from the sides, and they were trying to charge me $1600 to fix it. I had a warranty; however, it was only a parts warranty for a mistake they made in the past, so I still had to pay labor which was an outrageous $1200. To then which I went in to retrieve my jeep keys after all they did was look at it and run a test. They charged me $200 just to get my keys back for a test that probably only took 5 minutes out of their day. I would not recommend this place and I personally will never be going back.
