Just bought a new car that had to be repaired already. I was treated rudely and felt uncomfortable. The service department was unaccommodating and unwilling to help me with transportation while I was without my car.

Chad and the guys in the Service department are amazing. Chad kept me informed thru the whole process. They took me to pick up my rental truck and made sure I was kept informed about everything they found. You guys have a wonderful and friendly staff. I will be bringing all 3 of our dodges to you all in the future for any needed service. I recently purchased a used vehicle and had nothing but problems with it. Everyone at Yakima Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram went above and beyond any expectations I had and got me into a beautiful, dependable, reliable vehicle for as low of a payment as possible. As a single woman, making purchases such as this can be very stressful and intimidating. Had a great experience getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from this dealership, largely in thanks to our salesman, Pepe. He was very patient, informative, realistic, and overall his customer service skills far succeeded the experiences we had at other Jeep dealerships in the area. You might be able to find slightly cheaper prices advertised on the same cars elsewhere, but we found that these prices were usually not truthful, and the cars actually ended up being up to 3,000 more dollars than their advertised price. Luckily, you do not have to worry about any of this at the Yakima dealership, as their "straight to the point price" rids any worry of hidden costs or misleading "discounts". Once we arrived at the dealership to pick up the new car, the financial guy had all of our paperwork printed and ready to be signed, and the car was being cleaned as we filled everything out. We were driving the new car off the lot within 45 minutes. Not too bad! If you're interested in a Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler vehicle, I highly recommend checking out this dealership and asking for Pepe Sucilla!

Doug in service is the absolute BEST!!!! Every time I come in to have my car serviced, he is there was a smile and a great attitude. I purchased the extended warranty with my Jeep and Doug worked very hard with the warranty company to make sure all of my issues were covered. I highly recommend the service department because they are thorough and they treat you like gold.

Helpful and friendly. Our associate Juan did a great job for us!! They are building a new facility and our close to moving. I didn't rate the facility because of this.

Every time I take my car in for maintenance, it ends up with worse problems. I now have very few (12,000 miles ) not very old (2014) that barely runs. They double charge for maintenance of repairs are needs in between routine timely maintenances. Fun, fun, fun :(.

Staff is friendly and the price was unbeatable in Yakima. We're glad we stopped in! Go check them out!
