I was given back my trade in with missing parts...
This dealership has taken my son for a nightmare ride..not good at all for his first experience with buying a car..he is only 26 yrs old and works really hard to keep what he has ....these guys sold him a 2020 Honda car....he only had the car about a week before it went back to them ....after serversl weeks of a loaner car....that didn't have plates on it resulting in my son being pulled over and ticketed ...these guys were supposed to fix something and instead broke the car even more ...informing my son that they can't fix it ...well it's been a couple of months now and my son has gotten his car back that he traded in ..only after paying these xxxxxxxx 1500!!!...that he didn't have ...they threatened to call the police if he left in the loaner car again .....needless to say...my son is still in the car that he was trying to trade in ..with the same tranny problems ....and now half the intake manifold is missing from his original car ....this has been going on now for over 3 months and these people never fixed xxxx ...and only made life harder for him...DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ...they are being sued many people .....the cars are pieced together ...and the buyer is never informed about any of it ..becareful...

Dont let these sleezy sales people waste your time
I reserved a car they have advertised on cars.com sight unseen. The next morning I got a email, a text, and a call from Camille to set an appointment to come in and buy the car between 6 and 630pm. I explained that I had to go home and pick up my wife first. On my way home around 515pm I get another text from Camille asking me to please text when I am on my way, I did as she asked.... But when I arrived at 625pm tonight with the full purchase price cash in my pocket, the guy at the counter makes up some BS excuse about why the car isn't available. Camille could have let me know anytime, but chose to waste our time, and fuel driving all the way across town to pick up a car I already reserved to purchase. Don't let the bright lights and shiny sign fool you, this dealership is a cess pool with no clue what real integrity is.

Deal was done fast, but...
IT TOOK NO TIME AT ALL TO SIGN THE PAPERS,BUT I WOULD HAVE LIKED IF THE SALES PERSON COULD HAVE GIVEN ME A BIT MORE INFO ON THE VEH I CHOSE. EVEN WHEN ASKING HIM SPECIFIC THINGS HE WASN'T SURE OF THE ANSWER. ALL IN ALL I DO LOVE MY NEW RIDE THOUGH AND THE PRICE WAS GOOD.

Horrible Experience
Truly horrible overall experience at the location in Sacramento on Florin! My strongest suggestion is find a car somewhere else! My wife found a car via online search at this dealership. We went in together to look at the vehicle. Amed, who was the sales rep let us text drive the vehicle as the usual with the initial experience of any car dealership. Once we got back we negotiated. We said we were going think about it, they were pushy for the sale (typical like anywhere). Everything was seemed normal until the paperwork started. As soon as the contracts were printed, Amed begins to multitask between us, another customer who was looking into a car, and apparently someone who he had already helped. Every question we had Amed could not answer himself. He knew nothing about the vehicle and he had to ask Reggie on several occasions about our contract. Reggie never sat down with us to explain it, he just yelled across the main floor from his desk. Now this is were the experience took a turn for the worst. Reggie who is the floor manager, made several verbal promises that he did not deliver on or gave us the run around unnecessarily. First, we had been assured that the car had been recently maintained which required a specific filter to be replaced ($350 part/labor). Instead of replacing the filter, their service department just reset the "maintenance required" light and told us that everything had recently been looked at, maintained, and cleared. I guess they didn't expect us to take it to Toyota to pay for a vehicle inspection. Second, their ad that they posted for public view online said that the car had GPS navigation installed and ready to use. When we drove off the lot, the SD Card with navigation was missing ($182 pricetag) and navigation was not working. After being instructed by a Toyota service technician that the dealership is responsible for the missing piece we informed Reggie at Integrity Autosales. He was reluctant to provide us one until my wife pulled their ad and explained what they were telling potential customers. At that point he put in a order for the SD card, it took about 2-3 weeks to receive it. Third, Reggie promised both my wife and I without us bringing to his attention the matter of a second key FOB($500 ) for the car. Now this is the main reason for me writing a review. Reggie promised my wife that they will send out the second key once the contracts are signed and approved. We have not recieved the key to this day. To make matters worse, when I questioned them about the key they said that it was shipped via mail with the SD card (which we received with no key FOB in it). The package that came was not tampered with and was in a paper thin UPS next day air envelope. So I then follow up with them, I am put in touch with a Victoria since she is the person that was responsible for mailing out the key. She immediately gives me attitude when I ask questions regarding the tracking number, when it was sent, how much the package weighed, etc. She insists on calling me back to get answers... never does. I call back 40 minutes and she has left the building. After I decide to visit the location in person and get more direct information. Reggie greets me improperly and answers any questions I have with short one word answers. When there is no progress with our conversation, he stares at me asking me "What are you going to do about it?" I become frustrated and spout off like a crazy person. All I hope is that this review is read by at least one person we don't share similar stories. Too much time and effort was put into this. Please stop supporting the location! This dealership in Sacramento is by far the worst car buying and customer service experience my wife and I have ever been put through. Just because they say they have integrity does mean they do... we were the naive. Don't make our mistake.

Acura RDX
Buying experience was overall greatly appreciated, customer service was good. My only complaint was the person I made my appointment with was not clear in communicating with me what I needed to bring for documentation. I felt the process would have gone a lot smoother had I been more prepared knowing exactly what I needed when I made the appointment and clearly called the day before to ask.
