Bought a 2014 Seneca from Transwest last summer (2021). It was a scary drive back to Omaha as we were all over the road. Took it into Freightliner in Omaha and they found that the swaybar bushings were shot. Transwest didn't even offer to do anything about it. Absolutely the worst service I've been involved with. Stay clear.

Phaeton by Tiffin
We just purchased a new Phaeton motor home from TransWest Rv in Belton,MO. The sales staff was phenomenal, so friendly and helpful with our every question and concern. After we had done a walk through with Randy from the service department, he made sure we absolutely knew how everything worked, and took care of the few simple fixes on the coach. We?d highly recommend visiting with Tony if you?re interested in a new or used motor home.
