Refreshing and WONDERFUL

Best Experience Ever!!!!

Awesome Customer Service

Great new Jaguar XJL

We’ve had great experiences at Plaza for BMW, Cadillac and Jaguar. New car service and great service are the key to our loyalty to Plaza. I came in to Plaza to replace a tire and found my new JXL. Joe Liebman made it an easy transition. I love the new car.

Marcus at plaza was a great salesman and very knowledgeable

Great experience. Marcus was super helpful and answered all of our questions. Everybody in the dealership offered to help or Explain the process. I loved that they sent somebody to the house to help program the garage door opener and gate opener in our neighborhood. Everyone went above and beyond… Overall a great experience. I will keep coming back.

Customer service

Friendly, goes above and beyond for your needs . Great staff all willing to help. Made the whole experience great. Curtesy calls after a day to see how we like the vehicle and if we had any questions. They also have a guy come to the house to show us every gagget on the car

Good Experience

I saw a used car online and emailed requested information on it. Shawn called me soon after to discuss the car. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. Overall it was a very good car shopping experience with no feelings of pressure sales. I would recommend them to others.

Shut down while driving

Terry in service Determined to keep my car until problem solved. Car shut down while driving. Had it towed. Service experienced the same problem. Had tech to drive home for the week end Inter mitten problem. Found loose cable that control fuel line and couple other connections. Thus far no recurring problems. Professional clean and courteous
