Would Recommend

I visited VW of Puyallup in search of a used VW Beetle. Initially I contacted them via email and scheduled an appointment to meet with a sales rep. Both the email contact and sales rep were very pleasant to deal with. Their follow up was excellent. I did view 3 Beetles in their lot which were all very nice used cars, but just not quite what I was looking for. I ended up finding my perfect Beetle elsewhere but would not hesitate for a second to return to VW of Puyallup in the future. I would highly recommend them for your car purchase.

Great experience!

Buying a car was easy and fun. Ping pong table, basketball hoop on the showroom floor and I walked away with a small prize that I won.

Not a great experience

The customer is not always right...and VW of Puyallup doesn't seem to care if you feel satisfied with their service or not. My experience with VW of Puyallup wasn't great. First of all, I waited 3 hours for my finance appointment after being told I'd be in and out in an hour. They worked so hard to sell me warranties that I left feeling exhausted. I was also misinformed about a payment during that appointment and ended up not getting a refund that I expected per a contract that was signed during the appointment, which apparently was negated by the very next contract signed minutes later. Very disappointing. In speaking with the general manager I realized that VW of Puyallup does not care if they satisfy their customers. I certainly won't be back to buy my next car here.

Great dealership to work with!

Ed was great to work with as well as all of the staff that we met. We got a great used car that looked like new. The price was fair and the buying process was stress-free. We will definitely consider buying here again.

Kari was great to work with

Even though I didn't get a car there, Kari was great to work with. Unfortunately they didn't have the right car at the right time despite their huge selection. I will be checking them out again next time I'm in the market.

New Passat

Was given great service with clear concise options for what we could afford. Everyone from our salesmen to the finance manager were helpful during our visit. Buying a car is usually a dreaded experience but here it was really quick, thorough and painless. We couldn't be happier with our experience and our brand new 2017 Passat.

Wonderful experience!

Traded cars and got a new 2016 Jetta. I started with an email/online inquiry and was immediately taken care of by Steve. He was very responsive and helpful. When I came in the dealership Harvey was my sales rep. He was friendly, helpful, and didn't make me feel pressured. He was great to work with! Manager Chuck introduced himself as soon as we were about to start the buying/leasing process. Shawn in finance was so easy to work with and he answered all questions. The dealership was clean and everyone my fiancee and I worked with were great. Overall a very wonderful experience!

VW Puyallup

Always had great experiences at VW Puyallup. I bought one of the Beetle TDI's in 2014 and have really appreciated the car. However it IS one the main company cheated on for emissions and such. I am currently waiting for the settlement to finalize, but the folks at VW Puyallup have been exceptional in providing me with information and VERY patient as I go through the process. They are still my current go to dealership.

Great First Buying Experience!

I had an amazing first car buying experience at VW Puyuallup and I owe it all to their saleswoman Beth Schuler! She was extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable on all aspects of the cars and the car buying experience not to mention she is hilarious and great to chat with. The whole dealership was attentive and offered to help at all times of the process. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car.
