  • Very comfortable buying experience.

    Wonderful buying experience. Dealership was very clean, and bright. Our Sales Consultant, David Hayes, was not a pressure sales person. He asked what ...we were looking for, and offered suggestions. Showed us different models, with different options for those models. After picking a model, with the options that worked for us, he was very helpful by informing us of our financing options. Listened to what we had to say, and never did it feel like he was trying to play the numbers game. We asked for many breakdowns in price for the model we liked, and David broke it down simply for the vehicle based on the options we liked. The Sales Manager, and the Finance Officer were also very plesent. Never once did my wife and I feel that we were just a number, or just a customer. This was by the far the best New Car buying experience my wife or I have ever had.

    Ed was great to work with as well as all of the staff that we met. We got a great used car that looked like new. The price was fair and the buying pro...cess was stress-free. We will definitely consider buying here again.

    Even though I didn't get a car there, Kari was great to work with. Unfortunately they didn't have the right car at the right time despite their huge... selection. I will be checking them out again next time I'm in the market.

    Traded cars and got a new 2016 Jetta. I started with an email/online inquiry and was immediately taken care of by Steve. He was very responsive and he...lpful. When I came in the dealership Harvey was my sales rep. He was friendly, helpful, and didn't make me feel pressured. He was great to work with! Manager Chuck introduced himself as soon as we were about to start the buying/leasing process. Shawn in finance was so easy to work with and he answered all questions. The dealership was clean and everyone my fiancée and I worked with were great. Overall a very wonderful experience!

  • Excellent Customer Service!

    I came in for an oil change and thinking I might trade my car if I got a good deal. The dealership worked exceptionally hard to make a deal work for m...e and I was in a new car in 24 hours. I cannot rave enough from the service on my car; to how Romy, my dealer, treated me well; to how a car was located quickly in the color I wanted. I cannot rave enough about how well I was treated!
