Bought a vehicle from Dasto Auto where they gave me a

Bought a vehicle from Dasto Auto where they gave me a fair price. Great customer service, never pressured me and was upfront with the price and leeway. Worked with me on some minor issues that came up. Was very satisfied with this place. I recommend it 100%. I do recommend they do a little more inspection of the vehicles to make sure cars are 100%. I would definitely work with them again. Thank you Dusty for your great customer service.

Dasto Auto is a No!

When I first spoke with the dealer, he was eager to help. I asked very detailed questions and asked for even more pictures. He sent them. I lived 3 hours from this dealer, so I didn't want to spend time travel for a piece of junk. Well, low and behold...the car had chipped paint on the hood that did not show in any of the pictures that were posted on their site or in the pictures that were sent to me. There were stains in the carpet, tears in the fabric around the rear corner mirrors, and worst of all, the console that controls the radio, suspension, heat/air did not work. There is even a rattle in the motor. Needless to say, I wasted 3 minutes total at this place after traveling 3 hours to get there. Dasto is not the place to purchase a vehicle!!

Dasto Auto is a No!

Can't recommend....

After initial contact with this used car dealer, he seemed eager and happy to help me and responded fairly quickly. But then I asked for more photos and he said he would do so but he never did send anything to me! I contacted him again and haven't heard from him since! I just gave up. Very odd and very strange, I find many used car dealers to behave in a similar manner. What's the matter with them anyway????

Bad service

Bought a car from these people. 3 tires were too small wrong size and front end problems. I was 3 days late in my 2nd month of having the car . , Dasto came to my place of employment took the car under armed guard. Terrible business.

Great Experience

I was in an urgent need to buy a used car, but I am extremely particular on the type of car I get into, have to be right for my medical condition. Was riding a rental for the past year. Found my car on cars.com at (Dasto Auto) and they directed me to the location (I was not familiar with the area); contacted me throughout my travels there, once there they treated me very well, Dustin, Mike and all the staff were welcoming. most of all I was pleased with the purchase and the deal they offered - they worked with my current situation and gave me a deal I was very happy with. I hope I can be a returning customer in the future for a second car purchase.

Out of state purchase- went very well

I flew to Manassas from Massachusetts since I was having trouble finding the exact make/model with all the options I wanted at a good price locally. Even including the flight cost and Uber cost I still saved money on my purchase since similar cars in the Boston area were priced much higher. I called first to confirm the van was available and spoke with the son Ed. He was very helpful and inspired confidence with his answers...especially when I said I wanted to get the van inspected at the local Miller Toyota dealership. He said that was absolutely fine which told me they weren't trying to hide any problems. I asked him to hold the van and left a deposit. Two days later I arrived and saw the van. It drove very nicely and passed the Toyota comprehensive inspection of all systems. It was a 9 year old minivan so it had a few minor issues but no show stoppers. So I sat down to do the paperwork with Dasty who is Ed's father and had been the one I communicated with the most after initial contact. He knocked the price down a bit for the passenger side rear view mirror that had a motor problem which I plan to fix on my own. I drove the van back to Massachusetts and it was smooth and quiet. I was surprised that I got 30.2 mpg out of a V6 minivan with a curb weight of 4500 lbs. The purchased van is a 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited AWD with moonroof, navigation, dvd entertainment, power lift gate and remote start. The title was delivered after our check cleared and I was able to register the van and get the MA state inspection which it passed with no issues. Bottom line: this is a family owned dealership and my experience with them was very positive. They held the van for me as promised and provided all needed paperwork. They were professional and friendly. Highly recommended. Kevin
