Courteous reception when I brought the vehicle in.

Courteous reception when I brought the vehicle in. It was only for a battery and they had to order it. It came in quickly happy with the service

Customer experience for the service for the last minute kinda drop off situation was exceptional and above my expectation . Eric in the truck center was on point with getting back to me with diag,work to be performed,and eta for a same day pickup inwhich I was pleased!

We went to look at an Escape.

We went to look at an Escape. No high pressure. Amicable personnel. Informative and willing to listen your needs and wants. They offered us a very acceptable number for our trade in and made us aware of all their savings programs. It was a very pleasant process buying an escape there. Brian and Sam were great listeners and it was a comfortable week long process.

Took in the truck in for a recall on the rear camera,

Took in the truck in for a recall on the rear camera, they told it would take two hours and it did. The only thing I would recommend to change is to check in at one point.

I brought my vehicle for simple oil change and was told I

I brought my vehicle for simple oil change and was told I needed over $500 repair. They told me it was not covered under my warranty (CAREGARD). When I got home I called them and they told me it would have been covered but no one called. I contacted Dylan and he told me he would call me Monday but he never did. A female did call me and asked me how my service went when I explained to her what happened she stated her boss would call me, he did not. I used a live chat on the website and I was told the information will be passed on and I would get a call, still no call.

I was very clear to the salesman that I wanted to finance

I was very clear to the salesman that I wanted to finance through FORD Motor Credit ONLY! I was preapproved for $147,000 and I am brand loyal. I also told the salesman to make sure that nobody is to do any hard inquiries on my credit besides FORD Motor Credit and the finance guy did two or three inquiries and dropped my credit score.

To put it simply this was the worst experience I have

To put it simply this was the worst experience I have had. From attempting to upcharge me and not ordering the parts but scheduling appointments. Also not being willing to follow through on recalls due to a “bigger problem”. The quote for the work I needed done changed 4 different times based on the different service employees I dealt with. They were not only rude but incompetent. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Awful service.
