I bought a 1999 Rav 4 from the Northpoint Blvd location at the end of February. They told me that I had no warranty. The law say's I have 30 days. When I took it back for idling rough they told me that it normal due to the age of the car. I took the car back today because the entire car is running like the idle, rough! It won't take the gas. I can't pull out in traffic. I drove it to them today, 3 months later, and they basically said it's my problem. There is also no freon and the air isn't cool. I have a special needs child. I can't take her with me if it's hot out. I brought this to their attention. Again, my problem. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them!! This is the second car I bought there. Being a return customer, you would think I wouldn't have this type of trouble. I will never go back!!

I bought a 2014 challenger rt abs had great customer service throughout the process. They have great deals and a really good selection I would 100% recommend them.

Purchased a vehicle in April, paid for taxes and tags, still have not gotten tags. No one can give a answer other than DMV is closed. My husband was called ignorant. Apprently not to familiar when they sell to a out of state client. Time to get the BBB involved.

I have bought 3 cars from Mike and will not go anywhere else. They treat me with respect, are very courteous and helpful. I give them 5 Stars across the board. To the guy who gave them 1 star because they didn't respond to his email, I say this, put your big boy panties on cupcake and get over yourself.

I have purchased 2 cars from them and have been totally satisfied each time. Their staff is very friendly, courteous and never pushy. I have also referred several friends to them and they have had the same experience as I. I will go back to them again when the need arises.

My husband purchased a Truck from them and we've had to take it back repeatedly since we bought it. Masked repairs and were never fixed,after repeatedly calling and leaving the truck after only having it for four months the guy Mike(young guy) gave us attitude about the piece of hit he sold us, lied about making repairs, had someone use touch up paint on my truck instead of having it painted correctly. Told us we were trying to get over after sending us to an outside repair shop and us having to come out of pocket for the repairs because the warranty didnt cover it

Mr Micheal and his son were very friendly,they made the whole experience a nice one,i didn't feel pressured into buying a car ,They treated me like a family member. I definitely recommend them to anyone out to buy a nice used car, Thumps up to them.

Emailed them about a truck .they never replied >so i purchased one some where else
