Honest and fair

The buying process was very simple and smooth. Once we agreed on a purchase price, it was only a few minutes before I was driving off in my new (to me) van. I buy a lot of used cars, and Tim genuinely did all he could to get me in the right vehicle at the right price. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Tim and Skyline Automotive.

Would recommend

I bought an older model Subaru from Dan and Tim. There were couple of issues innitially with the engine light and a rattle and i never felt that they weren't committed to making sure i got a good vehicle. They were professional, i appreciated that quite a bit. I seem to have a very good running solid little car. I definately recommend this dealership.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Transit Connect. I arrived the day after a snow fall to look at this car. When I arrived the lot had not been plowed, it was explained the plow person was late. When we tried to start the car the battery was dead. It was jump started and at that time pointed out the tire pressure light was on and the low fuel light was on. It ran fine however I could not drive it because of the snow. I put $500.00 down with the agreement that the items were fixed and the test drive went well. I arrived the next day in the afternoon, the tank was empty, the tire pressure light was on. I was told the battery was fine. I was told to take the car to a dealership near me and they would pay me for the sensor repair. I had it repaired and the bill was $96.00, I was told they could have fixed it cheaper and I agreed to $65.00. I never received payment and the battery went dead again, when it was tested it was bad.

The way it should be

Great experience from salesman, to mechanic, to owner. Had a three hour drive to see the vehicle I ended up purchasing and it was everything the salesman Alex said it was. Alex made sure I was happy with my purchase even after I made the three hour drive back home. Not common. I would send my mother here. Thanks, fellas.

Best experience I've ever had buying a car!

Stopped in simply just to look around and found a car that really caught my attention, which I ended up buying. They have a great selection there's something for everyone. SO MANY DEALS!! When it comes to cars/trucks I do have knowledge and experience with them, repairs, buying, selling ETC and in all honesty they sell great quality cars/trucks! Outstanding customer service, nice dealership. Alex was the name of the salesman who sold me the car and he was very professional and friendly. The mechanic Dan was also knowledgeable and cool. Thanks again Skyline Automotive keep up the good work!

5/5 stars. Would buy again.

I have been searching for a vehicle for about a month prior to visiting Skyline and when I landed on an Acura I saw, I came to take a look. At first I thought it was another auto dealer with the same "you get what you pay for" mentality... but I was wrong. When I looked at the vehicle and the price, I knew I was getting a great deal. I discussed the vehicle with Dan and he was great to work with and did not pressure me. The vehicle was serviced by the technicians at Skyline and it proved to be a very reliable car. After driving it for 6 months, I am still very satisfied with my purchase. And yes, I would recommend Skyline to both friends and family.

What a Great experience!

I recently bought a 2005 Audi A4 from Dan and I'm so glad I did! Dan was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable about every question and concern I had about the car. The car came without a spare tire, he replaced it. The passenger window motor didn't work, he fixed. He couldn't find the second key for it but when he did he mailed it to me, all free of charge. I can't say enough about the great experience I had dealing with Dan and the crew! I will definitely buy another vehicle from these guys even though I live 1.5 hours away! Thank you guys for the Great experience! I don't mind dealing with car dealers anymore because I'm only going to deal with them!

Ken and I spoke, I provided him my budget and he got to work. In the end, he found a great car, with what I needed and more, even under budget. The whole experience was clean, straightforward and easy. This is the third car I have purchased from Skyline Automotive and I have had an excellent experience every time.
