No Performance Issues Yet, But?

I have lost count of how many times I brought my car in for the MIL indicator in 2023. Each time I am told something different and my car was kept longer than necessary. I purchased the car in 2017 with a 10 year warranty, which I am now wondering if it was worth it given the current economic climate. Every thing was good until, my warranty was ignored and I was told I had to remind them I had a warranty! Shouldn't that be the first thing they check? After this back and forth to their service department they are now saying there is a high pressure fuel leak and I have to get another oil change due to contamination, even though my mileage is low and I brought the car in last month for an oil change. They also said the (replacement?) part won't come in till next week and I'll have to get a rental car. I don't recommend this dealership because of the service. My car has not had any performance issues yet, but I am concerned that it may when they have been keeping my car longer than it takes to fix it each time I come in due to that indicator light on the control panel. For instance, they take the car on Monday or Thursday and don't actually start working on it till days or a week later regardless of whether a part is needed. I don't trust their diagnosis either because I had no performance issues during all of this.

Declining Service Quality

I am a 5 year customer, purchased my wife's car here. Sales department was friendly to military customers, however service department has tanked over the past two years. My wife has horrible experience everytime and we purchased service plan to make her maintenance as painless for her as possible. Great place to buy a car, horrible to have it serviced.

Clear Your Day

Both times I've come in, the service took more than TWICE as long as they estimated. This meant that I'd be waiting for my car for 5+ hours for a 2 hour job, and to top it off, the shuttle drivers will actually forget to pick you up. I needed to replace my brake pads, I didn't realize I needed to cancel everything else because it was going to take you guys 6 hours to tell me you didn't have all the parts. Smh

Geweke Kia has been my car dealership and service company since 2000. The service, I've received in the past has been outstanding, so it was only natural to get another Kia. The People in the service department get 5 STARS any day, Scott, Allen, Ricki, and the People who work on the cars. They are reliable, honest, going out of their way to help me out when I'm stuck without a vehicle. I call that excellence in service. When I decided I needed a new car, it was Brent who sat me down, explained things to me, it was so easy to make a decision on what car to get. The finance person was equally helpful. I was in a hurry that evening and he got me out in time for dinner. I'm so sorry I can't remember his name. It was a good experience all the way around. I needed to learn about how to run the new car. That's where Raymond came in. What a pleasant personality and extremely kind. He had to explain things a couple of times. (I'm not tech savvy) He helped me to feel at ease with all the new stuff in the car. I've seen other people's cars, with the screen in front, all so different from my old Kia. Now I have my own brand new Kia Niro. I love it and can't wait to get my next oil change, which is on the house. Thanks Guys. I have my own business and I treat people as I want to be treated. That's why I stay with Geweke, it's the people who treat me right. Thanks to the crew. I'm glad to know you.

My amazing experience

We have bought from this place before. Each time has been an amazing experience. We dont have the best credit, but, they worked a miracle and got is into a Red sporty new Soul Turbo. I love the car and the people at Kia. Highly recommended

Great Service, Great car

Went to a service appointment with a friend, and we ended up testing new cars. The sales staff was knowledgeable, accommodating and worked to get me into the new car I wanted. My salesman was great, his name was Greg.

Best Car Shopping Experience Ever!

They gave me the best deal I think I could have asked for! Loved the low pressure sales guy. I went in just looking, I was thinking about purchasing something at the end of the month. They made me a deal I could not refuse!

Great Experience!

I was a little nervous when buying a new car as I am a young woman in my 20's. Everyone has heard the horror stories about women being taken advantage of at car dealerships but the the sales people at Geweke Kia were wonderful! At no point did I feel pressured or scammed - they were so friendly and helpful! We were able to work out a great deal for my car and I walked away completely satisfied. My family has bought several cars from Geweke and every time we are extremely happy with our service! I would highly recommend this dealership the next time you're out car shopping!

Great Job!

Had a wonderful experience at Larry Geweke Kia when they did an oil change one my car! During inspection they found my brakes needed repair. It was done quickly and for a good price!!!
