2020 Hyundai Elantra
Just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition (tons of advanced safety features) from Coconut Creek Hyundai. Great experience all the way around. The best part of the transaction was my sales associate Oliver B. He was absolutely incredible in every way. I did my homework and knew what a good price should be, and Oliver worked really hard to me get me the best deal. Oliver even went the extra mile and pulled up a detailed maintenance history for this Elantra per my request. I never once felt pressured and when I picked the car up the next day Oliver had it perfectly cleaned and filled with gas. Finance was very quick and low pressure as well. This dealership has a very simple price structure compared to other dealerships (Negotiated Price $949 Florida TTL). There are no electronic or other hidden fees, just those three items. Again, great overll experience - make sure and ask for Oliver ;-) Thanks

Hyundai automaker is the best automaker in the world. Hyundai cars are very well built, give me no troubles and are very reliable. I bought my first Hyundai in 1987 upon their entry in the U.S. market. To this day My wife and I still buy Hyundais. Best vehicles hands down.

Service department was outstanding. Quickly handled my issue with minimal paperwork. Service advisor was prompt in detailing work done and mechanic also came out to explain what was done.

Pleasure to come here
Between my wife and myself we have bought or leased from this dealership and others many times over the last 20 years. While they might not have the fancy coffee makers other dealerships have and fancy waiting area, what they do is offer great customer service and don't waste your time.

Zero Customer Loyalty and Accountability
have been a long time customer of this dealership and have directly or indirectly involved in 6 car leases over an 8byrar period. Loved them right up until they blatantly MISLED , and Bait and Switched me on the very LAST vehicle I secured from them. I was sold on a Factory Rebate check that was misrepresented and fraudulently presented. ASTONISHINGLY the document that I SIGNED that clearly stated the parameters surrounding the rebate check DISAPPEARED and nobody knew what I was talking about. I called everyone from the owner ED APPLEBY who blatantly ignored my pleas.... The GM STAN ANDERS who like the stereotypical USED CAR SALESMAN threatened to call the police on me... To the General Sales Manager JOHN KENNEY who couldn't come out of the sales office to here my requests. Typical evasive, take ur money and run tactics by a staff that looks like they live there lives on a steady diet of Redbull and fried foods. The funny thing is they try to bully and intimidate when challenged as if they had the credentials or might to support it. So DONT BOTHER... take a ride south or north on Federal Highway to DeRay or Deerfield Beach Hyundai where goofy wanna be powerbroker behavior is not present.

If you are willing, please contact our General Manager, Stan Anders, at 954-283-4405 so we can work towards a resolution. We look forward to hearing from you.
Was ripped off
Promised to waive lease return and did not. Cost nearly $500 and a hit on my credit score. Ignored all attempts to address the situation. I’ve bought three cars from them, never again

While visiting the dealer's website a popup said "Get a $40 giftcard for taking a test drive". I visited the dealer on 3/23/18 and gave the salesman the printed voucher for the test drive. After the drive I was undecided between 2 models and planned to return the following week to have my trade appraised and buy the car. On the day I was returning I checked on the status of the gift card , only to discover the dealer never submitted the voucher. I was so annoyed I didn't buy the car at this dealership!
wait time with appointments are way too long.
time to wait for simple oil changes are way too long. You should be in and out within 30 min not waiting for 2 hours
Yesterday, June 18, 2014, my wife Rosalyn's 2013 Sonata would not start Repair services arrived two hours later after a 25 minute phone wait we were toldthat the battery charge was very low. We drove to Hyundai and were informed that we needed a new battery and we subsequently purchased one. . This car was purchased in May 2012 nd has been driven about 10,400 miles. Why did the battery have to be replaced after such low mileage ? In other cars we've owned batteries have continued to function far longer than that. Is Hyundai selling poorly performing batteries to new car purchasers ? Answers to our questions would be much appreciated. Sincerely, Rosalyn F Levine
