I had some issues with my truck i had bought 3 months ago with Berkenkotter. My truck would shudder while cruising. I called martin over at the parker location and gave him the run down. After so he gave me Dans number. I called Dan and he was offering to help me out with whatever he could do with my truck issues. Although he asked for me to bring the truck to castle rock which costed a little too much for me to tow there. i ended up diagnosing the truck myself and repairing. Although i didnt take up the offer with Dan i couldnt forget the hospitality him and his team gave me. Best guys without a doubt. Will be back in the future!

Initially I dealt with Dan, the owner, over the internet. Then I dealt with Steve at Castle Rock, then Martin at Parker. They were kind, caring, and helpful. Nathan was a great guy he really help me to get the truck I needed. He told me he was 90% sure if he could get me in the truck and he did it. I went to a lot of dealerships before diesel. They were the ones that make it happen.

Don’t think I will be going here anytime soon. Never got a call about the vehicle. Turned in an application, they checked my credit twice and still no call or anything from them. Pretty bad experience.
