Clay from Hyman brothers was very professional. He was with me thru the entire process. The staff was great and made my wife dream come true of her getting the car she wanted at a price we could afford. Thanks again!!!

Purchasing from Hyman Bros.

Recently purchased an Audi A6 from Hyman Bros. in Midlothian. Used their website to locate what I was looking for; visited their location; the salesman was helpful and easy to work with and the financing guy was extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better, more painless and completely satisfying car buying experience.

outstanding customer service

My husband and I bought a 2013 Camaro convertible in Sept. 2016. After the 1st drive with the top down, we noticed that the top is not sealing properly, and rain water gets in the trunk. We went back to Hyman Bros., and explained the situation to Jay, the salesman that worked with us. Hyman Bros. replaced the whole convertible top, and didn't charge us a dime. We are VERY pleased with the way they handled our situation, and bought a 2nd car from them. We felt that our business was appreciated, and customer service is outstanding !!!

Great customer service in the service department!

Great customer service in the service department! They took care of everything that I brought my Mitsubishi Lancer in to have done, and my Service Adviser Roger also let me know about what else should be eventually fixed... some of which were safety items that I wasn't aware of. They paid close attention to detail and my vehicle was nice and neat when I picked it back up. Everything was completed in the same day, and they gave me a courtesy call to let me know when the work was all finished. I will certainly be returning to them for service in the future!
