Great customer service.

Great customer service. Brandon helped me with the approval of my financing. The whole process was smooth and speedy. They had my car ready within minutes of closing the deal and singing. I highly recommend and will likely comeback for my next car purchase.

I don’t recommend them or their collision center on 2nd

I don’t recommend them or their collision center on 2nd street. Very dishonest mechanics and dismissive. They got $7000 from my insurance to fix my car after a collision and they did a horrible job. I filed a complaint against them. Avoid at all cost.

SHADY business - Don't Waste Your Time

SHADY business practices- even worse sales manager. Went to purchase a car - negotiated for $500 less - given paperwork , everything ready to go only to be told taxes were magically $300 more - in the scope of thousands not a big deal except the sales manager took NO accountability blamed the mistake on the "system" and when my husband let them know we'd be writing a review of the experience - he refused to sell the car. Wouldn't give them a cent of my money anyway but insane that a sales manager has no customer service training- what a joke.

Run from this place

Please don’t buy a car from here. They do not care about you. We bought a used car for our 16yo daughter from here, thinking we would be safe buying used from a dealership rather than Craig’s List. The cat starts 25% of the time. My daughter is stranded almost everyday. This place sold us a pile of junk and they won’t even return our phone calls. Just terrible customer service.

Sales person Sonny unprofessional.

Boss Tim never returned calls. About the service I didn't get. Rudy lied about never getting my app. Also they run your credit. More than once to lower your score . I still want the used 2009 Honda. That is still sitting on there lot.
