Best Dealership around!!!

Pierce Auto Center is amazing. From buying vehicles from them to getting the simple oil changes. Brian and Josh in the service department are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and some of the nicest guys around. They will do the best to get you the best price. I told Kevin the kind of vehicle I was looking for and he would send me what I wanted. I have bought two different vehicles and they have always been fair priced. In fact, one evening Kevin drove me home because my pickup needed a part that wouldn’t be in until the next day. Their customer service is unbeatable!! My family will always buy vehicles from Pierce Auto Center. Not to mention all the Support they give to our local community.

Pierce Auto Center is amazing. From buying vehicles from them to getting the simple oil changes. Brian and Josh in the service department are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and some of the nicest guys around. They will do the best to get you the best price. Unprofessional Service Dept

Unprofessional Service Dept. - Today I had my RAM 3500 diesel serviced and will not return. Our family only drives Jeep & RAM vehicles so Pierce Auto has taken care of us in the past. The service manager and his staff were extremely unprofessional when I requested they honor a coupon issued by Chrysler on the Pierce Auto website. They treated me like I was somehow out of line. They told me it would never happen again and had staff member (Brian) call me later claiming that I was complaining. Then Brian lied about how much oil they had used during the oil change. My receipt clearly states 12 quarts (covered by coupon) and the staff wanted to charge me for 15 quarts. I simply requested they honor a coupon. The service manager also said he was going to call Chrysler and have them remove coupons from their website. In days where auto dealers are struggling, I'm surprised an owner like Randy or Nick Pierce would allow employees to be so unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO PIERCE FOR SERVICE!!

Very Unethical

They told me nothing had been replaced when in reality it had an aftermarket engine placed in the truck after the engine blew up. Odometer had been rolled back which wasn't disclosed. I bought a truck that I thought had a hundred forty thousand miles on it when in reality it may have well over 250,000. It's been in two wrecks with multiple areas of damage reported. All withheld from me. I asked for a Carfax and unbeknown to me I didn't know there was another called "AutoCheck" which is what they gave me. Now I can't get anyone to take it on trade because the CARFAX is so bad. The dealership owner admitted to knowing that there was potential odometer change but then didn't disclose it until after the sale when I found out about it from another dealer. There's definitely evil out there folks. Unethical. And don't worry I am going the attorney route. Feel free to share - wouldn't want anyone else to have this experience

Awesome Customer Service

I could not be more thrilled with the experience I had while purchasing a vehicle at Pierce Auto Center. I met with a sales associate by the name of Kevin who was polite, professional and extremely informative. I showed up looking for a Dodge Durango and that’s exactly what I left with. The selection of vehicles they had was phenomenal and, strangely enough, even if they didn’t have what I needed or wanted they were willing to find it and get it for me. It’s such a pleasure to have this vehicle but even more so to know that Pierce Auto Center is there when I need or want another one. Thank you Kevin for guiding me in my purchase and thank you Pierce Auto Center for being there when I needed you.

High Integrity

Had a problem having car we purchased delivered with option that was promised by salesman. Dealership stood behind what salesman promised and took care of the problem to our satisfaction.

Highly Recommended!

The service department is excellent. Took my car in for new tires & brakes...It's nice to go somewhere where everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, honest. My next car purchase will be with them!

i called theses people a man named John and told him i wanted to come there and buy the Honda accord dx they had i traveled 4 hours to get there and they sold it off under me and i didn't get no notice what so ever to me that is poor dealership business

Trying to get a car that's in that's an automatic

nice I have not purchased car yet I haven't been able to get approved for a loan cuz of my income but they have been very helpful and tried really hard

Great Sales Team

We were searching for a 2016 Jeep Cherokee sport and put that info into a search engine and had 7-10 dealerships call but Jon from Pierce was able to give us the car with all the options we specified for the price we wanted which was cheaper than Dave Smith. When we came in to finish up paperwork it didn't take long and we were out the door.
