Great Place to Buy a Car!
VIP Kars is a great place to buy a car. Will who helped us was absolutely fantastic, no pressure and very honest and helpful. The cars are excellent quality, and you can get Carfax on them. They also take care of ALL the details of emissions, getting it registered, getting the license plate. Everything is mailed to you with no trips to the DMV. This was a fabulous experience!

Great used car
We drove over 3 hours to look at a car we found online. While we did not purchase that one, we found a better deal on another one. We highly recommend Dorian Brown. He did not pressure us, and he was patient while we made a decision. After the sale, he double checked that lights, horns, etc worked before we drove off the lot. I highly recommend!

Smooth experience
My whole experience for my 2014 Nissan Rouge was smooth. They had a lot of options for me to explore too. I test drove, and was satisfied to proceed with getting a deal. Getting finance, to them waiting on me to get my insurance before closing for the day. I’ve gone through car buying process before and it wasn’t as easy as it was today! Thanks VIPKars

Save yourself the headache
Where do I start?! Do your homework on this company. Look at all the Better Business Bureau reviews and research the carfax before purchase. When I first arrived two of the salesman were arguing about who was going to make the sale, accusing the computer guy of stealing all the customers. The first 3 vehicles I had looked at had been wrecked when I researched the vin number online. Finally after I purchased a vehicle drove 2 hours home I turned off the ignition at the gas station, then when I went to restart the car.. it wouldn’t start. I was towed to garage where I was told the battery was bad and the dealership had to be aware of this prior to sale. The next day I called and spoke to the salesman and was promised a reimbursement for the battery within a week. Two weeks later still no reimbursement, I call and to my surprise the finance guy and been fired and I get the run around from Patrick the manager that they don’t normally reimburse for things like that. At this time my oil light in vehicle had came on, back to the mechanic and the vehicle was 2 quarts low of oil. After a month of talking with Patrick I receive an email that my reimbursement has been approved and he will send my check. Two months now and still no check has been received. Patrick said he would “look into it” last Monday and still no word. Last but not least the issues with the car tag. After 4 phone calls to Liz (the lady that handles the tags at vipkars) I’m fed some nonsense about the new tag system altering my deadline on the tag and to call my tag office for another temporary tag. When I call the local tag office they say they need the dealer to issue them a compliance. So call Liz back and I’m promised she will look into it and return my phone call within the hour. 2 days now and every time I call to speak to Liz, she is “out of the office”. So now I’m driving with a temporary expired tag.. And no idea on when I’m supposed to get my permanent one. Please be careful buying from this business. I’m a single working mother and if they will treat me like this I’m sure they will take many of you for a ride too.

Seemed to be reputable and up right dealer upon initial interaction. At my regret i left the dealer after purchasing a car without getting in writing confirmation that they would complete a repair as stated by salesman Will ward. After several months of contacting Will Ward (salesman) and him saying he would get the repair done it never happen he never once returned a call nor took responsibility for stating he would get the repair done. Will Ward is not a man of his word and i would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from him at any time! More respect if you can be honest enough to say you just cant get the repair done.

A pleasant experience
I called early in the day about a car. I went later in the day and met Dan who was great.He showed me the car I was looking at no pressure to look at others went to Tim for financing which was painless. They both were patient and helpful.

Bad experience
I had bought a car from VIP Kars in September 12, 2018. When we purchased, the agent give us manual key by saying that the car does not have remote control key. The car did not have spare tire, but we negotiated to get spare tire. They charged me $180 for registration number and title. I had given them my new address, which I got number plate on my new number, but I have not received title yet after 4 months. When I called them, they said that the title has been mailed to my old address, while I had particularly mentioned that the old has issue of delivery mails and we have lost a lot of important mails, therefore, please mail the title on new address, but they were so lazy and irresponsible to mentioned this issue to DMV and DMV mailed the title on old address according to my driving license address. Now VIP Kars asking me to deal with DMV myself. Anyhow, it has been worse experience with my purchase from VIP Kars.
