Never call back, if you have issues with vehicle even a day later, very difficult to work with. Bought out of state, promised to have it registered, gave me temporary registration, week before it expired reminded them kept saying for a week, that they would send one and temp license plate print out in email. Never did, refuse to pick up or return calls couple days now, temp Plates and reg expired

Do not go to this place! Went back twice because truck wasn't starting. First, they said it was battery and relay and they replaced it. Drove ok for a few days. Had to be out of town for work for several weeks and issue returned. They said it was fine, "must be because it sat for a while." Went to my mechanic and he said the starter needed to be replaced. The xxxx bags at Toro said they would look at it and "give me a really good discount on any repairs." I went back and forth with them and they wouldn't even meet me half way. Fast forward and I'm out $500 for a new starter installed by a competent mechanic. Now I'm dealing with a leaky radiator. Karma will get these idiots. Total lying scammers. All they want is your money. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY SUCK! Absolutely miserable experience at the Toro dump.

I have read all of the negative reviews and thank you, l won't be going there. Vehicle descriptions are a joke they have multiple lines for the same items, like windows, seats, steering wheel, door locks and the list goes on. They just reword it.

They claim they do a 200 point inspection which is a lie. I had rot holes in the frame, which they tried to hide, the front rims were bad tires wouldn't hold air, front grease seals are leaking, and it needs brakes and brake lines. They sell most of the vehicles as is. DMV has received multiple complaints about these guys, and they ate not accredited by the better buisiness beraue!

Bought a car that did not pass inspection due to a ball joint, plate light and tint. They kept the car for a week indicating they were waiting for the part to come in, removed the tint spotty at best, replaced blown plate light and let me know the car was ready. Picked it up and the next day took it to the inspection which failed again due to them not having replaced the faulty ball joint. The inspector had me go in and showed me how the upper front side ball joint was loose. They say they warranty the cars in their advertisement but when the contract is created they select "as is." I know that there were some cosmetic issues reported by car fax that could be worked on. However, it seems they clear engine lights so that a few days later they come on. I guided my son with my heart as he really liked the car, but failed him miserably by not using my best judgement. The only positive thing I take away from this is that I will be able to work on the car with him and teach him how to do some mechanical repairs for his acquisition of knowledge in this area.

Once they know your credit is not good they don't get back to you on financing. Bought car somewhere else, their loss. Do not know how they are still in business.

Happy with overall service.i have no complaints.i had plenty of help before I bought my suv.i would recommend the dealership to a friend anytime..they're nice people and they dont hound you while your looking at the cars.

just got my second car from toro auto, my experience was exceptional i was not pressured into buying a car,financing was awesome and they were upfront about everything i would definitely recommend them to all my friends
