Prices are high even when the car has a salvage title and has a damage, making the price not worth it for the car. I asked if the prices are negotiable specially right now with this crisis of COVID-19 and they said no. You go to other places and they can consider it, I bought my car somewhere else where they reduced the price and the title is clean

I only looked at a 2007 Porsche here. The staff gave me all info I requested, followed up , never harassed and made my search enjoyable. I simply bought elsewhere because it was the exact car I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wasted couple days and $200 on this place. The car sold here normally has some damage history. I found a BMW 535i from this dealership on autotrader. The carfax report shows there was a damage on the rear end. Asked them about the history. The sale person told me it might be just some only minor dents in the past. I believed him and took the car for a test drive. I liked the car and then next day took the car to the mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection. The mechanic found this car obviously has some significant damage/accident in the past with the whole rear bumper replaced and left exhaust replaced. I went back to them and asked for a price reduction based on the new finding. But they insisted that is not true and wouldn't negotiate. What made me more upset was, the sale person actually tried to persuade me to purchase the car without a pre-purchase inspection the day before. I'm glad I finally resisted that temptation to buy the car on the spot and waited for another day to do the inspection. So my advice is either avoid this dealership completely or definitely get an inspection and be prepared that they may not negotiate further with you.

He sold me a fleet car. My explorer was completely rusted underneath and had a lot of repairs. Total ripoff. Please don’t buy here. They have excellent customer service to bait you in. If I could sue I would.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Purchasing a car is normally a day long process. I drove in and 1.5 hours later, drove out with my new (to me) car. I saw my Q5 online and called same day. It was parked out front ready for me when I drove up. I took it for a test drive, decided to purchase it (I have been looking at these for a while) and it was done. Staff was great, not all over you, no haggling and the finance process quick. My car is in perfect condition and was very clean. ABZ has the most beautiful cars on their lot and great prices (their cars are on Car Gurus and always show "great deal")!! I totally recommend this place.
