Sold me a car that will not pass inspection refuses to fix it. Every time I call leave a message I never get a call back every time I've tried to go there and no one ever Knows where the owner is it's constant excuses

The dealer was untrustworthy and sold me a lemon. He did nothing to help after everything on the car broke within less than a few months. The volume of 1-star reviews speak for itself.

i bought a car a few months ago it was leaking oil and had check engine light on they took the car three times to fix it. so, I get the car back within two weeks oil is leaking again and check engine light was on again and the car still hasn't passed stat inspection. i called the dealer they started avoiding my calls and emails basicly told me they are unwilling do anything. so, i am taking them to court already spoken to a lawyer. do not buy from them. they are scam artist. i now have a car that doesn't run and i am making payments on. this guy mike plays likes Hes a nice guy, but he is far from it . dont waste your money or time with them..

Extremely helpful and honest people. Will buy from them again. I had a problem and they were more than will to accommodate for the repair.

I was shopping around for a used honda civic coupe. I saw the perfect one in front of Used Cape Auto in Hyannis, Ma. I was hesitate to stop in since I had a not so great experience when I was there 3 years ago. (I did not buy a car there 3 years ago I went somewhere else) . BUT I went anyways just to check it out. There is now a different sales team there and it has made all the difference. I got a wonderful 2007 Honda Civic coupe. Drives like a dream & at a great price. I got it checked out by Honda mechanic specialist and they said that the car was in pristine condition for a 2007. Any little thing I was worried about or had a question, they were there to help me through it. This is my 1st major purchase on my own and they made it everything I had hoped for! I have now had the car for over a month and loving every minute!

Took my deposit and then never delivered the car. They said they'd get to it when they could. After six days, I cancelled the deal.

Reached out to them about a car through Cars,com and never heard back from them.

I'm not the type of person that normally provide a review however; after buying my BMW from them, I purchase a second sports car. They have serviced and repaired my cars with high quality and below dealer cost. Excellence was delivered not promised.
