Shopping away from the Border is Better

I will start first with the obvious; the goal of any business is to turn a profit. In this instance, I would suggest avoiding dealers in El Paso completely.

Went to see the 2019 infinity qx80 they have and you can tell the car has been in an accident the front bumper and whole right side is damaged also the middle console on the second row rocks. No of that is in the the description. The car is not worth what they want for it. Be careful and the sales people pick and choose who they think have money in order to come out and help you. Stay away from this devaluation all cost.

Bill Hawkins@Sunland Park Dodge helped me pick my new Jeep! He did an excellent job helping me through phone since it’s a far drive from where I live. I was able to get everything done through phone and all I had to do is go and sign and pick up my Jeep.

Service Department

Yesterday I took my 2019 Ram 3500 Limited Diesel Engine for an oil change (Wish is free due to Dodge’s Pledge) also had my fuel filters changed because of the requirement of them to be replaced at 15k mile. I was really surprised when the service technician informed me that it would be 480 dollars. I informed him that the most I had ever paid to have them changed was 330.00 dollars at first I told him to disregard changing the fuel filters, however knowing that I needed to have them changed because of me leaving back home I didn’t wanted to take a chance. I did call the dealership back home how much it would be to change the fuel filters and was quoted 299.00. Just want everyone to know that this dealership goes way beyond the reasonable prices they charge for anything. I know for a fact that I would never go to this dealership for any kind of maintenance. Ridiculous what they charge. Filters are below 100 for both, so they charged me 377 dollars for labor.

Great people

Great people with good service. Found the Jeep I wanted within my budget and helped me make a good choice. Jeep had some minor damage that they took care of. Door looks like it never had a ding and new mirror is working perfectly.

Shady dealership

Recently bought a car from this place and will never go back. even after making it clear that I can see through the cheezy salesman tactics they keep doing them, list is to long to put here. car had damage that I feel they must have known about and covered up so a simple walk around and test drive would not show it. I know I was lied to and regret ever doing business with them and it has only been 48 hours



Our sales guy Mr.Bill Hawkins, was great! He made the process easy and comfortable. Friendly service from everyone there at the dealership and we LOVE our new 2019 Ram 1500 pick up!


Poor management

Came in for a new vehicle. Sales men added 1k to the out the door price with out reason.


Purchasing brand new car!

Javier was great! He was super helpful and polite everyone else was also very friendly and got me in and out. Best experience overall over many with other dealers.
