We just bought a 2023 Telluride and we absolutely love

We just bought a 2023 Telluride and we absolutely love it! We worked with Lyndzi Coolbeth when we went to pick it up and she was amazing. She answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable about our car and the entire process! She worked around our schedules and even though it was later in the day she was patient and took the time to answer all our questions.

This dealer is not to be trusted. They switched out the purchase order as we were sitting down to sign the papers. I did not realize there were a number of items not on the original which included vin etching and paint paint protection. None of these items were done to my car. They rushed me through the signing and I later noticed they charged me that were not being even on the car. I had to have several phone conversations and later contacted my attorney. When they realized that was what I was doing they issued a check for Over$ 1,300. My sales person clearly needs additional training on the EV6 because there was a number of features and items of he was wrong about or did not know. They also promised me items after the sale was complete which they reneged on. Very poor customer service! Currently I have had to file a complaint with the better business bureau, the CT AG and KIA corporate. Overall a very poor experienced

Great Service Department

I brought my car in for service yesterday and the servcie representative, Alex was informative, attentive and professional. I had a few minor things done and based on his explanation of safety-related items that required rather immediate attention, I just scheduled an appointment for next week to install 4 new tires and have the car's brake fluid exchanged. Thanks for the good advice, Alex.
