I bought a Toyota Sequoia in February of 2024.

I bought a Toyota Sequoia in February of 2024. Last week in July my power steering lines leaked and I needed to replace my lines and the Rack and Pinion. I was not upset about this because these things happen on a 21 year old vehicle. But both places I went to told me they would not do the repair becasue the frame of the vehicle was rotted out, making it unsafe to drive. I am not a car person and never crawled unddr the vehicle to inspect it, but I figured this place was a dealership and they should be trusted to sell good vehicles. I was wrong so I warn any of you to avoid this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Beware of purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. My wife purchased a car from here that seemed fine, but by the time she got it home it was stalling when we hit the gas. Three of the tires were leaking air and one of them had a screw in it. Took it to two mechanics and was told it also needs a new transmission and has an oil leak. When speaking with the manager, he let me know it was purchased from an auction so it makes sense there were problems but he doesn't give warranties for that very reason. The fix will cost more than the car. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. Based on these issues and the lack of any type of assistance from the dealer, I cannot recommend this dealership.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET IT

Bought a 2009 Acadia when we purchased the vehicle the owner Duane stated to us and on the flyer that advertised the car the we had fixed the timing chain on the vehicle. Knowing he had fixed this gave us confidence we were purchasing a quality vehicle. 2 months later took the car to a Chevy dealership to get my oil changed only to find out he never repaired the timing chain and the vehicle needed a new engine repairs cost $6,752.00 we paid $8,900 did not have it even 3 months put about 1,800 miles on it in that time. When I called the owner Duane he laughed and said well as is is as is. I said I understand but your as is included the timing chain repair per your advertisement he laughed and said well that's what happens you buy a used vehicle. He took our money knowing he did not make any repairs he claimed to make then laughed when we called. He is unprofessional, does not stand behind any vehicle he sells and plain lies to people to take their money knowing his vehicles are not worth what he is getting. My experience was horrible I have never been more disrespected by someone I gave $9,000 to. Do not buy from him he will lie, cover up damages and not care that you are going to lose on the deal. Do not support this type of business he steals from hardworking families and thinks its a joke.

Purchased a used car from this dealership

We recently purchased a used car from this dealership and the experience was great! Owner was friendly and helpful and the process was very quick! The car itself was detailed to perfection! For sure the cleanest used car that I have ever purchased. Overall a good experience. Would look there first next time.

Does not stand behind his word

Went in looking for a good reliable used pickup. Found a 2009 Ford that we liked and we test drove. Since we were going to be hauling cattle to fairs and other shows we asked if he thought it would be able to tow our trailer. He said that it would with absolutley no problems. We had the engine checked out and then purchased it. We knee the steering was loose going into the purchase and we got that fixed right away. When we told him about the steering he said he wasn't putting another dime into the truck. Anyway....3 days later....first time pulling a trailer which was WAY under the load limit, we start hearing a high pitched noise coming from the truck. Daughter googles it and it could be just a worn out pressure cap. So we finish our trip, nearly dead but decided it was a good deer whistle. Anyway, next day took to a dealer and he didn't have time to look at it. Then on the return trip lost power towing up hill and then smelled smoke and burning rubber and plastic and wet material smell. It was coming from us. Anyway...ended up getting the truck hosed down by the fire department because the insulation on the transmission looked like it was burning. Contacted the dealership and he says "that is unfortunate". The dealer it was towed to said it was exhaust issues and there were cracks that had been there a long time so this was not a new issue. Only happens when under a load. The dealership I bought it from will not stand behind it and the dealer that looked at it said that they would never have put a vehicle up for sale that made that exhaust sound. We had no clue since this was the first diesel we had ever purchased. Buyer beware and run away. His vehicles are cheap for a reason. We thought it was because of the dented box.....boy were we wrong.

Be Careful

Bought a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan from here in November 2013. Drove over an hour one way to test drive it. Took it around and the brakes made the worst sound I'd ever heard. Got back to the dealership and notified the owner that the brake pads needed to be checked and changed because they were grinding terribly. He told me, "oh it's just rust from sitting." So we went home for the weekend to think about it more and hope he'd at the very least look at the breaks. When it was finally time to go pick it up, pay for it, and go home, the breaks had not been touched. Took it into a mechanic friend and had to have everything replaced relating to the brakes other than the brake lines. Rotors, pads, everything, $900 worth of repairs. The owner is very shady and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
