Buying my used car was actually kind of fun and interesting here. Lots of great staff people, and at least half of the staff are members of one big family.... The mechanic and two of the sales people were both incredibly helpful and friendly.
It is really hard to say more then just "All Around Outstanding" Outstanding people. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding experience. The whole... process took less then seven hours. I called them shortly after 9am in the morning on a Saturday and I was home with my "new" vehicle by 4pm in the afternoon. Take into account about an hour or so round trip to the dealership and closer to six hours total in the real process with only about two to two and a half hours on site. They even came and got me. Hands down my best experience with an auto dealership and they certainly exceeded my expectations. My thanks to Brandon and Bill. And can't forget Tammy who came to pick me up.

I was recently put in a very difficult situation with not having reliable transportation due to some personal problems and I was walking by 5th Gear Motorz... on 82nd and this guy stopped me and we started talking. After roughly 10 minutes of chatting I described to Brandon the difficulties I'm currently going through with having to walk and take the bus to work every single day. My sales man was Van, he did a great job of explaining things and worked very hard getting me approved for a loan on an awesome Toyota Sequoia. This truly was the beast experience I've had shopping for and purchasing a vehicle! Van was Awesome! I told him what I was looking for and wanted. My previous... experience with sales people wasn't even close to Van. Prior to going to 5Th Gear Motorz I told a sales person what I was looking for and the sales person kept pushing me to buy something I didn't want. Bill, Van and Brandon were all very helpful through the purchase process. Bill did a great job interfacing with my loan officer so that I didn't have to... be an incompetent middle-man with much less experience with the proper paperwork. Bill was great and let us take the vehicle a couple of days before the FINAL final paperwork was done - which was extremely convenient. + Trade-In Bid + Customer Prioritization + Customer Satisfaction Trade In: 5th Gear Motorz gave me a more than fair trade-in bid. Throughout the process I treated them with honesty and respect, and made my objectives clear. They responded with much of the same. They run a business and need to make money, and I was happy to give them my business. To this point there have been no concerns that they took advantage of me, and I don't expect that any will come up. In the future I plan to work with them for any maintenance needs I may have, because I trust that they will answer my questions honestly and thoughtfully. Customer Prioritization: The first day we went in, the vehicle I was interested in had a flat tire. 5GM had completely disconnected the battery to ensure that no one could drive it until the tire was replaced. While I was disappointed I didn't get to drive it that day, it was good they were doing the right thing even though it may have meant a lost sale. A simple patch could have meant bad news when the customer was test driving the vehicle. Customer Service: The vehicle I was interested had bluetooth capability, but the design required access to a code that was in the owner's manual. Unfortunately, the owner's manual was not in the vehicle. I asked Van if he could help make sure that the bluetooth was functional and find the code necessary to connect. He did some research and was able to confirm it worked the next day. This was great - I would have viewed it as a hassle to run this down after buying a car, or to find out that the system did not work. 5GM truly made it a fun experience to buy a car. I look forward to driving this vehicle for many years to come and keeping an eye on any inventory that looks interesting on their lot when it is time for a new vehicle.

Great family atmosphere, they love pickles...lol. My wife and i were In the market for a quality used SUV and our credit was less than stellar. Drove... by 5th gear Motorz, saw a vehicle we liked. We were greeted promptly and treated with respect and great customer service. The first vehicle didn't work out for us, Brandon went the extra mile for us and found a SUV that fit our specific needs at a great price, no haggling! Got the payment we were looking for. Price was excellent. The whole buying process only took about an hour ¿ would definitely recommend stopping in when shopping for a car.
