I had been searching for a work vehicle for several weeks when i saw Unique's ad. Visited the dealership, was greeted by Simon and immediately felt at ease. Had all my questions answered fully , never felt pressured to buy, and i think got a great price without any stress. I live about 40 miles away and Simon was able to have the vehicle delivered to another dealership much closer to my home. Who does that these days? Nobody i know except Simon ! Absolutely awesome!. Everyone was friendly and professional. The cars they had available were in excellent condition and they were very fair on the price. I just purchased a Volkswagen Passat and absolutely love it. These guys definitely helped me out.

To any/all who have doubts in the character and trustworthiness of dealers, especially on line, let me dispel your doubts and give you a testament of one dealer that others should take note to. I have purchased six vehicles on line and this is my first and only review! While in the market for a pickup, I diligently looked for six months for one that met my criteria i.e. AFFORDABLE, CONDITION and RELIABILITY. After months of searching every website I could find and visiting ever dealer within driving distance I came across what appeared to be "the one". I contacted the dealer UNIQUE AUTO SALES, of Clinton NJ. After a professional and courteous conversations with the owner SIMON a deal was made. As I am and have always been skeptical of purchasing anything site unseen my nerves we a bit on edge and after pestering Simon a few times he assured me things would be fine...well, you probably know what my thoughts were at the time! After evaluating the expense of pickup or shipping I decided to have it shipped. Simon arranged for shipping by a very reputable shipper at a cost below bids I received and it was delivered expediently and as agreed ...no hidden fees etc. etc.. After receipt of the truck I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the condition and more importantly the seller (SIMON), did EVERYTHING and let me reiterated EVERYTHING as agreed upon, in fact he went ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! I am thankful for his honesty and professionalism and highly recommend him to all those doubters out there who like me are cautious! If you are in the market for a car or truck maybe you should try them first!!

I think my greatest experience when I purchased my auto, was Simon's honesty. He gave it to me straight and even recommended different vehicles based on my specific need. It took me a little over a month to write this review because I am very sceptical about dealers. Now, don't get me wrong, there are no perfect places and it is hard to find a place that is comfortable and original. To be honest, the building is old and needs work. But from the moment I walked in, they were sincere and HUMAN! They didn't fake the greeting and asked me what kind of car I was looking for instead of pushing a car on me. Simon was very knowledgeable about the process and took me through it step by step. It was quick and friendly. Even though their cars come with some warranty (don't rely on it fully), Simon gave me his own guarantee of satisfaction and told me to call him if there was any trouble. The car quality was better than I expected for the price and I honestly believe that Simon's sales are based on integrity. If you are looking for a used car, I recommend you to shop here first.

This is my first ever car purchase and Simon just made the whole process very easy. He explained to me that he would take care of everything for me, and about 90 mins later I walked out with a 2013 Toyota Matrix, it's in very good conditions and it came with a discounted warranty. I would definitely recommend this place because of its great customer service and variety of used cars.

I was shopping for a vehicle for my daughter and was reluctant to buy a use car because of past experiences. I searched different websites and visited several dealers and used car dealers. We found unique auto sales advertisement and he was our last stop and a friend had recommended a used car dealer in the Clifton area which I thought was unique auto sales. We went to see the vehicle and found Simon very friendly and helpful. His vehicles were clean and carfax available on his vehicles and extended warranty on his vehicles. She saw a vehicle that he had just received and not yet on the lot. He explained to us the vehicle had not been detailed and just arrived on the lot. He asked us to give him a few days to make sure vehicle was checked and detailed before we test drove it. His pricing is fair and honest. My daughter fell in love with car and everything he promised was on point. I finally found my ideal car here! Not only was It's condition better than described, their service was second to none! Simon's dealership only sells cars that are super quality. He has no interest in quantity. His only objective is to make sure his customers leave more than satisfied, just like I did. I was completely impressed with his vast knowledge and experience, but more so with his honesty and integrity. Dealerships like his are few and far between. Shop there with confidence. Bought a 06 Wrx from here. I was skeptical at first being that these cars are usually beat on. This was a high mileage car and it has been a great buy! Good pricing and any issue was resolved by Simon. Would recommend buying from here. The purchase was really easy. They walk you through every step and took no time at all.
