Customer Service was rude unpleasant and unwilling to do

Customer Service was rude unpleasant and unwilling to do her job. She lacks people skills and sympathy. I have over heard her on the phone and watched how she interacts with customers and she not someone I would want working for me. I am sure I am not the only one who has expressed this concern.

Brought car in to dealership with appointment for factory

Brought car in to dealership with appointment for factory recall. Spent two hours there waiting after which told parts had to be ordered. Would have to come back another time for 2 to 2 1/2 hours for part replacement. One visit should have corrected the problem.

Mike F was excellent with communication and moving things

Mike F was excellent with communication and moving things along swiftly for service and coordination (shuttle included). Manager note: get more staff on deck for better time availability for customers! That was the only issue for this visit.

I brought my car in for service without an appointment.

I brought my car in for service without an appointment. I was told that that would see what they could do, to get me my car checked out as soon as possible. I was very thankful for their effort in trying to expedite my request.
