Owner is very unprofessional after how treated my mom after purchasing a 2012 blue chevy that literally broke down on the highway from overheating 72 hrs... after purchase and before this being fed junk by his mechanic when the stick shift kept being stuck in 1st gear their mechanic just told her that the car just needed a 'reset' and gets used to the way the person drives and that xxxx do the reset and after gets used to way we drive gear issue will fix itself....then sent her off on her way which she's a old lady who doesnt know much about cars and that's just not right. Then when she finally decides to drive it and use it on the highway it overheats and breaks down on an exit ramp with my 6 year old in the back which was terrifying and unsafe. He was "kind" enough to let us exchange to a differ car which this time since she felt mislead and ripped off decided to pay kc auto repair to look at this 2010 subaru legacy to make sure what issues that had since we were interested in it, found out had a broken bumper and parts missing in that, brakes worn down to the rotors and a rattle in the exhaust and given the first terrifying situation my mom wanted him to at least work on those since he was selling that car $1078 above price for 200k mile car which can verify on car guru we just didn't want to feel scammed or unhappy and needed something reliable and SAFE to drive he said he wanted to make us happy but then was rude to my mom which made us file a complaint then he decided he would fix the front bumper which who knows how well of a job they did til we pay our mechanic to check once again. So my mom went up there being a bigger person kept her mouth shut and exchanged the car all while owner mike is rude and belligerent to her. The staff are nice but owner needs to work on way he treats others because the way you treat an elder MY mom who works hard I will never recommend your business to anyone and could kill it with reviews with how many followers I have which is why you're lucky to have only dealt with my mom but I'll spare you this last chance to treat people with respect and start becoming a reputable man and business owner. We will pay for the car and never come back. Update: because I left this poor but truthful review when I went into his shop yesterday to make my car payment and just leave because this place gives me complete anxiety to where I feel sick, the whole time I was harassed and was told "I should of left you with the chevy cruze" and threatened to sue me over leaving him a review of our experience, the whole time I stayed quiet held my tongue as he would say "You're gonna get a call from my lawyer" and kept trying to threaten me and scare me ALL IN FRONT OF A CHILD TOO. Then his front desk lady came at the very end and missed it to which he told her to deal with us cause he doesnt want to deal with "these people" and keep in mind I still held my tongue and endured all of it. I left the place continuously shaking and crying, what business owner cant accept criticism and take it to better improve yet instead lashes out at customers had my brother and my 6 year old with me in which he acted completely UNPROFESSIONAL in front of to which have them as witness and also WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO COMPLAIN AND REPORT OUR EXPERIENCE HERE AS A CONSUMER now I know that all these other people and their bad reviews are true and got to witness his behavior firsthand and also how my mom was treated. I have to bring a man with me just to feel safe before making my payment. I will continue speaking up about my poor experience here as I have EVERY RIGHT as a consumer to report. If I could leave no star I would and because of yesterday I will now make a formal complaint myself to the used motor vehicle commission. I'd like to see him lie his way out of this.
There are many cars and they are so dirty inside, no cleaning or detailing was done. They do not offer a warranty on any vehicle. I drove a Chevy it... began over heating while test driving it. They still try to get me to buy it without even fixing the problem. I try another vehicle and learn these are auction bargains but marked up 5 times over what they bought these for. Save yourself time just go to the auction and buy a lemon there than pay a mechanic to fix it correctly it will be a lot cheaper. The staff is nice. We saw the owner complaining about a customer who brought back a car that died. It seemed very unprofessional of him to be yelling about his customers to his staff. We left and the owner tried asking us why we did not want to buy a car there. We felt anywhere else was a better choice after viewing his anger and how filthy the interiors of the vehicles were. Yes these are used cars but since he bought them at auction for 1/5 th the price he's asking he could at least hire a detailer to clean these up.
The staff is very nice but the owner buts these vehicles at the auction and does not fix anything but instead lists them immediately for $5 k...he paid... $1 k at auction...he figures maybe the customers won't notice then when we speak up about the mechanical issues he says he's not selling new cars but used ones then tells us to be realistic...then later he tells us if we want it fixed we can pay him extra to repair it...what a racket. These are the junk No one else would sell without doing a lot of work That's why they were sent to the Auction. I didn't like his business practices, nor do I like his temperamental outbursts when he can't out maneuver or out wit his customers. Buyer beware his cars are listed more than $1000 dollars above the fair market value...they have not been cleaned, detailed, or inspected, but he sells them at high prices so unbeknownst buyers can walk in and hopefully fall for a car only to learn later it has major issues.
We bought a car at Hi-Tech Motors LLC in Tulsa. We never got the title but it really didnt matter because the car burnt to the ground driving to work one... morning 2 weeks after purchase. The owner agreed to refund us $1000 then backed out on the deal. But he didnt stop there, through a better business bureau complaint by us, he tried to say we were lying and set the car on fire ourselves to try and get money back. Why would you set your own car on fire just in hopes that after the fact the dealer would refund your money? That makes zero sense. He was caught in many different lies that he told the BBB through our email conversations with him...all proving he was a liar on all counts. If you read other reviews...any of the negative ones are responded to by the owner with all blaming the customer or calling them names and so on. If you read this review please take what we are saying seriously..the owner is a scam artist and the only intentions they have at his 2 car lots is to take your money and give you a car that will not last at all. Ours was 2 weeks. His only concern is to get your money and then he hides behind the "as is" part of used car sales. He needs to be out of business as there is many prople in our situation with him.
Dont know why these people are in business to sell cars. I got to there 11th st location in tulsa, ok to see a car that on there website says its at that... location. Im told the car isnt even there and that its at there storage lot. I was told for them to get it out of storage i would have to make an appointment. Well i go over to there main location on sheridan tulsa,ok to make the appointment . The lady there tells me to leave my name, number and what car im interested in and soon as they get it out and over to there main lot she would call me. The next day i called to see if they got the car out of there storage lot. I spoke with some guy who tells me the woman never told him. He asks me when could i see the car? I tell him im available all day. He tells met he will call me when they got it out. Wasted my whole day waiting when i had other things i could have been doing. No call ever came. Its been over a week now at the time of this review and still no call. I went to one of there competitors and bought a car with 0 issues. These people apparently dont want to sell cars even if its one they gotta get out of storage!! You lost a customer permanently hi-tech
My husband and I were very impressed with this car lot. They have two locations and they made sure all was to our satisfaction upon buying a 1995 Lincoln... Town Car before we left the car lot. The car and the price, and waited on us with concerned courteousness even tho the temperature was frigid outside they were so warm and kind. We would buy from these people again. We would highly recommend both locations to anyone.
Was looking for a reliable car, and they had exactly what I was looking for. The process to get the vehicle was easy as can be! Even had some ac issues... that they fixed on the spot!
I had been looking for almost a month for a Nice Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 with the 5.7 Hemi Came across Hi-Tech Motors online, made an offer on... a Jeep I saw then went in person to look at it, Liked what I saw, told them I would be back in a day or so to get it, well, two days later I was back at the dealer to Test drive and by my baby... My Lady sales rep was very Nice, professional, courteous, and helpful. The Owner Mike even came back to his dealership when he had already gone for the day and took time to help put my deal together! great and honest service. Thank you Mike and your staff! Great Job! Loving my Jeep!
We have purchased three cars from them. Great people to work with. Mechanic is honest.
