Porsche River Oaks

I would never recommend anyone use this Porsche dealership. It is the worst one in the area. In 2024, I purchased a 2025 Porsche Panamera. I am just realizing that on my registration my car was listed under an electric vehicle which means I’ve been paying electric vehicle fees for a gas car. I’ve called the dealership every day for a week straight and have not been able to get any answers whatsoever. Today, I was finally told that there was nothing they could do on their end, which they could’ve told me the first day I called. I will never use this dealership again.

I recently purchased a Porsche 911 from out of state, and I cannot speak highly enough of my Porsche Brand Ambassador, Elvin Flores, at Porsche River Oaks. I found a specific VIN on Porsche.com and called the dealership. Elvin was incredibly professional and respectful of my time. Instead of giving me the runaround, he promised to verify the car's exact availability and call me back in ten minutes—and he did exactly that. After I placed my deposit, he personally called to congratulate me on becoming a new Porsche owner. Because I was buying from California, the logistics were entirely new to me, but Elvin seamlessly guided me through the entire out-of-state purchasing process. I had a lot of questions, and he was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable, especially regarding the 911 platform. What truly sets Elvin apart, however, is his post-sale support. My car was delivered a week ago, and when I texted him today with a question, he immediately called me back and resolved my issue. He didn't just sell me a car; he provided a world-class, ongoing relationship. If you are in the Houston area—or buying from across the country—do yourself a favor and ask for Elvin Flores. You will be in great hands.

Enjoyed working with Chris on this new Macan S. I will say that I tend to keep my cars longer than most Porsche owners and therefore don't go thru the buying process very often. Chris made this as painless as he possibly could! I would call on him when ready for the next Porsche!

I cannot recommend this dealership, compared with a previous Porsche dealership I have purchasd from. Having agreed on the vehicle I wanted, the salesman continued to try and add dealership options (cerminic coating, maintenance package) to the invoice. After nearly 3 hours, I was just anxious to get home. The final invoice had two items added to it -"Dealer Service Fee" (alloy wheel protection) and "Roadvantage Theft Protection". This latter program was to cover the vehicle in the event the anti-theft system failed, and the vehicle was stolen - on a Porsche! and which my own insurance policy covers! I just did not expect this kind of behavour from a luxury delership. Fortunatly, this program could be cancelled within 30 days of purchase. However, I had to involve Porsche North American to get this resloved, and after nearly 3 months, the money was refunded - as well as the fee for the wheel protection, which technically was not refundable. And, on checking the vehicle a coulpe of days afer driving home, I found all four tires were 6 - 7 psi below the recommened pressure - and the windshiels washer bottle was almost empty. Again, not something one expects from a Porsche delership.

I had a great experience buying my car at Porsche River Oaks! Communication with both Michael and Danny has been awesome. From the test drive to the purchase, everything was first class! I would happily buy from Porsche River Oaks again.

Buying my first ever Porsche from this dealership was absolutely top tier from my initial visit to driving away in my dream car! The inside of the dealership is very well laid out, super nice, and welcoming. They have lounge areas equipped with snack and beverages on each floor and there is a great retail store too. My salesperson, Danny, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, most importantly not at all pushy. It was a pleasure to work with him and he made the buying experience wonderful. Ryan in finance was also great to deal with, no pressure, no xx, and made for a the transaction easy and enjoyable. I’ll look forward to visiting the dealership and take advantage of the fantastic “Complimentary hand-wash for the life of the vehicle”. What a fantastic incentive to consider Porsche River Oaks when shopping for your dream Porsche.
