Worse service - nobody answers the phone and they
Worse service - nobody answers the phone and they scratched our Macan! And they could not even do a simple oil change, had to bring in the car to top off the oil again!

I've purchased a couple of vehicles from Porsche River Oaks over the last few years and the process has been very straightforward and a pleasant experience each time. I enjoyed working with Len Amato throughout the allocation and ordering process for my most recent 911 purchase and he has continued to be on top of things as it relates to post-purchase ownership follow-up/support. David Riddle in the service department has also done a fantastic job of attending to the maintenance/servicing needs for both vehicles and is someone I can count on to make sure things get taken care of properly and in a smooth manner.

I bought a new Macan and a few months later the steering
I bought a new Macan and a few months later the steering wheel controls completely stopped working. I attempted to contact the service department to speak to an advisor for 2 weeks but could never get through. When I left a message I was never contacted. Finally got through to make an appointment and get a loaner car, since I’m a doctor and need the car to get to the hospital. Nothing was available for 3 weeks. I decided to give up and just go to another Porsche dealership to get the repair. I honestly think that Porsche river oaks is only interested in the sale and has pretty terrible service. I would recommend buying somewhere else.
