I bot a 2012 equus sonetime back, car showed and drove

I bot a 2012 equus sonetime back, car showed and drove perfect. As time went on I was proud of this car, washed it all the time.. after a some time the paint was getting dull. Now the car show where it had a pretty good size accident.. When I called, and sent a letter from my lawyer.. They said the car was hit by a shopping cart.. I'd sure like to see the size of the shopping cart, cause it was the whole rear quarter.. I was going to sue them but let it go. But now I'm having trouble selling cause people think I'm covering up the accident.. This was the second vehicle I bot from them.. I really liked them. But they did me so wrong.. It's been a long time and I didn't want to really bad mouth them... I just wanted them to do the right thing buy the car back and forget about it.. BUT THE NIGHTMARE KEEPS GOING. TROUBLE SELLING THE UNREPORTED ACCIDENT. mastrianomotors, Salem NH Thanks for not helping a loyal customer. Joe ,Rich I really liked you guys.

Very Helpful Customer Service

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle through the dealership, but found that their customer service was very helpful. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle was just doing some research and they were responsive in a very timely matter and answered any and all questions that I had. I would definitely reconsider this dealership for my next purchase based on this experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from them last summer. I was trading in my 2012 Ford Edge sport towards this wrangler. Went all good sign paper work and off we went back to Maine (3 hour drive). The next day they called me and said that the deal was off and hat I either had to pay 2700 towards to the deal (after I had put 1000 down already) or take my Edge back and just get the Jeep! Which here in Maine once the paper work is signed that is a done deal. I said nope it is a done deal signed and everything. They said no we will be coming to get the Jeep and bring your car back. After calling around we made the trip back down to he dealership and the finance manager is the one that dealt with us said if we didn’t sell my car in 6 months he would take it back! So we ended up taking the deal and having the Edge back! RICHIE the sale manager there said that he would undercoat the frame and fix the some of the transmission as it was very week and the clutch was gone in it and get me a seat belt that was broken and a 5 tire. So I left the Jeep there! After almost a month of them having it and trying to see when I was going to get my Jeep back they delivered it to me! The frame was under coated and they put a new clutch in but the transmission was not touched at all. The 5 tire I am not joking was off a Prius and no tread and picture this on a Jeep with almost 6in lift they said was almost new and it was not, and 37s on it. What the hell is hat tire going to do. He also said he ordered me a tire cover never received! After getting it back I took it to our local car dealership and they looked it off and there quote was almost 6k to fix everything wrong with the transmission. Richie said he would pay for whatever it cost if there was something wrong with it. We have him that estimate and he said NO as that was a dealership! So my husband and I own a garage and he would do the work if Richie paid for the parts! We have a quote if 2400 I think! He said he would do 1000$.. I have only received 500$ of that after he blocked and would not return my calls for weeks. Here it is August and I am still blocked and have not receive the other 500$ after he told me the check was in the mail for the 1000$! It’s funny after he said that is when he blocked me again. My undercoat is coming off and I stored it this winter! I WARN YOU DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are shady and do not follow through at all!!

Best deal ever on a Dodge Ram 1500

I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 they took in trade and was asking $3,900 as is no warranty For $2,900 cash I took it home did some bodywork , fixed some odds and ends , got a sticker and now my son has a sweet first vehicle at 16 yrs old . They were honest , and nice to deal with .

Great service, went above and beyond for me.

I drove over 2 hours to Mastriano Motors to purchase my vehicle and I don't regret it. Purchased a vehicle after they squared away some concerns for me. After my purchase of a USED vehicle obviously its a used car theres gunna be an issue or 2. I had a minor issue that took a couple tries to find the culprit but they worked with me on it 100% and never had an issue with it. Very respectful and caring.
