Does not Keep Appointments or Return Call
Receptionist is exemplary but sales person Miguel does not keep his appointments, return calls or show up. On Friday April 30 Miguel agreed to photograph and provide a quote on my moms car with 37,000 miles, after her passing away suddenly. It is stressful enough dealing with the passing of a loved one yet Miguel made it worse. He wasted 4 days of my time waiting for him to show today, Monday, to provide a quote on the buy back of my mothers 2010 Buick. He was not only a NOW SHOW, but I left two messages for him 2 1/2 hours apart and he has not returned the call. I would never use him as a sales person nor use this dealer. Even though my mom purchased her car here they are inefficient, unprofessional and obviously do not care about their current, or potential customers. It is 5:30 pm and still no return call back from Miguel.
don’t service your car there
Very poor and unprofessional staff. Is been almost a month and they haven’t call me yet to tell me about the parts I was supposed to receive under warranty. I called the service center they didn’t know anything about the parts. The second time another person picked up the phone, transferred me to Mac line. It was waste of time. He never picked up the phone. . I left a voicemails and never got any calls back. So, I wonder if you want me to do business with you buying a newer car guess what, Ain’t doing any business with you. They only care about sales and making money to their sales person for a new car and used. I am very disappointed and I don’t want any calls from this dealer or emails regarding this issue. I’m not wasting my time. By the way I’m going to Millennium Chevrolet to get my new car and my services done. They always do great with their customers. Thanks for nothing but headaches.
Got a new Equinox there. Sales guy (Jose) didn't give the car manual or second key. Finance guy (Michael) - not even his job, took my address and promised to FedEx overnight. He even called again to confirm I got it, and when I didn't, assured he'd speak to Jose's manager and get it fixed. A week later, finally, Jose calls me. No apology, he just said that he lost the second key, will order it and send to me. Didn't say how long it would take, and when I asked how this could have happened, told me 'it happens', and even sounded upset I asked. I would strongly recommend NOT dealing with this dealership. These are signs of a poorly-run business with shady irresponsible shameless staff.

Miguel the Sales Manager and Pedro his sales representative were very knowledgeable and started at a fair number they didn’t play games and were straight to the point. Look up Lasorsa they are good people!
Lasorsa's John Zahra is a true professional of the highest caliber. I visited recently. He treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. Made my visit seamless. I went into this dealer with negative thoughts thinking they were going to be just like other dealerships I?ve visited and try to sell me something I didn?t want but John Ramos and his managers were so good got me what I wanted and at a good price

I love this dealership, I have never had a bad experience. I called and received an appointment for the same day to get my vehicle inspected. There was a line, but I did not have to wait and I got through in less than an hour. I am very satisfied!
