Unprofessional management

After having to push to get service, I had to sit and listen to the salesman make sexist and pejorative comments about me, a woman customer. I asked to speak to the owner and nothing. The comments stopped only when I warned then that I would start recording.

Waste of time

Worst Jeep dealer ever, in my opinion. I had called this dealer to make an appointment to go see a 2019 Jeep Grand Trailhawk 5.7 that was available. The day of the appointment (4/21/21) Gabrielle contacted me 2 hours before the appt. asking me if I was still coming to see the vehicle and off course I was. When I got to the dealer a very nice gentleman (Bill Barthelmed) tells me he had some bad news and that unfortunately the vehicle was sold but no one at the dealer knew about it. The lady “Gabrielle” could at least call me and tell me not to take the hour away drive but they had to wait for me to get the to tell me. I spoke to the owner Lou Giordano outside and stated to contact Vinny the general manager, don’t know what the outcome will be.

Waste of time

Horrible ow

I will never do business with this place, and I would Not recommend anyone else do business with them. What a waste of time. I was quoted and signed a contract for a certain price. They then called me the next day saying they will not validate the price. Thankfully I disputed the $500 deposit they charged me. What a waste. Horrible Management and Inexperienced Sales team. I was trying to give them business but clearly they don’t know how to handle their customers. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other dealership. Stay away from this dealership!!

Outstanding Sales

Excellent experience from this dealership! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left! Excellent knowledge of vehicles and not pushy!! We have bought 3 vehicles from Carl and wouldn’t go anywhere else! He’s willing to work with you and give the best deal possible. Go see for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

Definitely worst service centers!!!

I alone have purchased three cars from this dealership. My family has probably purchased upwards of 20. My current car which is a year old has been in the shop 11 times for electrical issues. The dealerships ability to fix and resolve the issue has been poor and their follow up and professionalism is in the toilet.

Lazy and misleading

Car I traveled 4 hours to buy, was not as described. The salesman was lazy, immature, unprofessional, and conniving. I called up and asked Roberto, the salesman, for a very detailed description of a used car, and to send me photos of any tiny scratches, dents, etc. He sent me photos of the car from a distance and only one close up of the rear bumper with 5 or so deep scratches in it. He assured me, several times, that the car looked good. No other visible signs of wear. And I asked again and again to be sure because I was coming from such a distance. I asked him to test drive it as well. He did, said it needed front brakes, and that they were changing them that day. So I excitedly traveled four hours to go "buy" a "beautiful" car. Leaving at 5:30am. Well, the car had 3 damaged wheels with deep scratches, dents and even pieces broken off. There were normal scratches on the body, none of which he told me about. Brakes were in terrible shape. They did not change them, but he didn't say anything until I asked. Car wasn't even washed. Back seats, both, had deep indents from car seats and were stained brown/black in spots. Tires would barely pass inspection. Car seemed like it was never inspected and the team there never addressed any of it's issues. I wasted a whole day because I was under the impression that the car looked like new. Salesman Roberto had nothing to say when confronted with the inconsistencies. He said," I didn't even see that yesterday." That coupled with a shoulder shrug was his only response. I was not happy. Manager reimbursed my train ticket money, only for one way. A feeble attempt, but at least a gesture.

Very smooth transaction

I was shopping around for a car for my wife and the 2 experiences with other city dealers beforehand really turned me off from the whole car buying thing. I was about to give up but saw a 2014 black on black durango R/T from Croton auto. Called on a whim, didn't think I would really purchase but with the staff going beyond how could I say no. Good deal good car and Great experience from financing to test drive. Gave me a couple hundred off the price before I could ask for it, then gave couple more off again when they couldn't find the second key. I was in and out in about 3 hours and that was because of an issue with my insurance company. I didnt mind driving all the way up from long Island because they really showed me they wanted to earn my business. I don't write too many reviews but I had to give xxxxxxto Croton. Thanks guys.

easy to work with, very accommodating whole process took minutes and picked up the car 2 days later again showed me how everything worked, paper work one two three and on the road I would recommend them highly
