The start of our experience was excellent but went down hill as soon as we started signing papers. It’s was incredibly frustrating and disappointing after thinking we were in good hands. I would absolutely not recommend buying from this dealership and wish we had gone elsewhere. On the flip side, we had a great experience at their service center. We had to go there because of our salesman not doing what he was supposed to do when we purchased the vehicle. Beth at the service center was excellent.
