I am not a person to write reviews but I bought a car yesterday and I am so pleased with my experience that I felt the need to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding sales service I was given. I was shopping online for a car in the area and I came across a Great Deal! ($2,200 below market) It was 5:30pm when I phoned Woddy Butts Automotive to confirm that the vehicle was still available. I spoke with Monica and told her I would like to come over and check it out. As soon as I arrived, I parked in the visitor parking and was greeted with a smile. Monica quickly got the keys and showed me the car. Everything felt so easy. Her professional demeanor and exceptional service exceeded my expectations. I can truly say that Monica went above and beyond. I purchased the car the next day. She stayed after hours both nights to make sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable and make the purchase. Through the entire process I felt like family. Monica earned my trust and loyalty. I look forward to doing business again with her in the future. I wouldn?t consider going to a different dealership or working with any other sales professional. Great customer service and even though I didn't purchase a vehicle from them they did everything they could to help me.

I had called ahead about the vehicle. Information given was accurate. Monica was a great salesperson and helped me get a great deal on my trade. Kay was excellent preparing paperwork and getting me in and out without a problem. I will check with them when searching for another vehicle. I would recommend this dealership.
