    Mr Bob Williams was the sales associate that helped me purchase my 2014 f150. He and the manager, Mr. Tony went out of their way to meet me in the middle... to help me afford this vehicle. They were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and most importantly for being a woman, they treated me as an equal!!! Husband is deployed so I shopped solo and they were the best dealership I talked to. (I’ve been shopping around for a few years just waiting on the right deal and I can honestly say that the team at Hampton Volvo was the best I’ve worked with in Hampton Roads!!!) Thanks y’all, owning a truck was a 20yr dream come true!!

    Actually diagnose a problem when that is the service being paid for and not charge customer for incorrect hypothetical guess.

    They made the buying experience very easy - the whole process probably took less than 2 hours, from walking in the door to signing the paperwork.

    Sales person knowledge, honesty and flexibility. Specifically, his knowledge of the technical aspects of my purchase and my trade in indicated he was a... car guy not a salesman

    The service was completed in a timely manner, walked across lot to eat breakfast. Car was sitting in service bay waiting. On my dashboard was a vehicle... check-list on the health of my XC90, surprised me but was appreciated. Thanks for looking out!!!
