Beware the sales staff at Kirk Toyota WILL take advantage of the elderly. My elderly parents (ages 88 and 86) went in to extend their warranty on their Rav. Instead they were convinced to purchase a new Rav. They were told this new one had everything the old one had except heated seats and heated steering wheel. So they paid the extra money and brought the car home. After my brother looked at the car he noticed it was missing lots of the safety extras that was on the older car. These were things that helped them both in backing up and ect. that made it comforting to all of us when they were driving. So my brother called and wanted to know first if they had a car that met those expectations or second could they get their car back. This conversation was all done in 4 days. They proceeded to tell him how much it would cost my parents to get their car back. Roughly around $5000. I also found out that they were rushing to sell this car because of Toyota giving them incentives to get this car off the lot before a certain date. I am willing to pay for a detail cleaning of the old car but absolutely cannot see that worth $5000. Also they would need the amount put down on the new car refunded. This dealership can only say they should have done more test driving. They absolutely are not trying to look out or help the elderly.
