Cannot say enough good things about my new car buying experience at Laurel Hyundai! The dealer sticker discounts, rebate(s) and "throw-ins" were a "godsend". Salesman Harry Santichen = a veteran, calm, kind, slow-paced, "non-pushy", patient and understanding person to work with on my deal ... Heck, the guy even fed me some dinner at the dealership and trust me, that's not a "norm" (or even a "perk") there! Ryan, the financing "closer" was a jolly, joking, jovial but determined soul to get the deal done - even when I bartered/haggled (but succeeded getting, in the end) some "extras"/ "throw-ins". Even General Manager Frank Arcurio, who has a serious "Abe Vigoda vibe" to him, even smiled once. Overall, simply fantastic buying experience at the dealership!

Good job.
Our salesperson, Harry, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions. This was our third purchase of a Hyundai so obviously, we are satisfied with the sales force and the dealership.

Our Good Experience
We have been very happy with the Laurel dealership ever since we purchased our first vehicle in 2008. We have purchased a total of 5 new vehicles from them, 3 of which have been Hyundais. They are all polite and knowledgeable. The employee we have met most recently is Harry Santichen. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable, guiding us through the entire purchasing experience. Another employee that we have met is Brian at the Hyundai Service desk. He really knows his job well and does it in a very polite manner. We cannot say enough about the Laurel Dealership!
