Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. This is a bait and switch dealership.. I started not to call when I saw the bad reviews, but I decided to give them a chance. The Honda CRV had an internet price of $34,055. I called and inquired about the vehicle. I told the sale guy that I was shopping and looking for the best deal as there are a ton of cars on the market. He said they would do a good deal. I asked them to send me their offer in writing. They did. It was the exact $34,055 on the internet, which is fine, However, they had added about $2,800 of additional items (wheel locks, mud gaurd, protection package etc) not to mention the high documentation fee. I called the sales guy back and told him I did not want the additional equipment. He stated that they did not sale a vehicle without the additional equipment. I asked to speak to the sales manager and he said she would call me. That was about a week age. Low and behold the sales guy calls me this morning. He wanted to know if I was ready to buy the CRV. I told him not with all the additional equipment and that his sales manager never called me. He said she did and I checked my phone and voice mail and I never got a call. He stated they had NEVER sold a vehicle without the additional equipment. He said he had to buy the additional equipment on the car he bought. I told him that was a flat out lie , that I was sure they had sold cars without all this junk. I asked to speak to the sales manager again and after being on hold for a while she finally came on the line. We discussed the situation and she came back with the same line that they had NEVER sold a vehicle without the additional equipment. I told her I did not believe that. I explained they should honor the internet price as stated. She said they would not do that. I asked for the owners name and she said it made no difference who owned the dealership. So, according to NC secretary of state A Mr. Lackey is the listed company official and is a veteran owned business. I would think that Mr. Lackey would like to know how his dealership is treating potential customers. I told the female and the sales guy that this kind of stuff is what gives car dealerships a bad name. Do not trust this stealership!!

My salesman, Rome, was very quick to help us and very thorough in doing everything. He made the process very easy and we love our new car. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! I was sold an extended warranty under false content and when I tried to question the general manager Mark Swain about it, he didn't even have the decency to answer my calls. Once I gave him my name, he would hang up on me. This happened repeatedly! He would never contact me back, I have sent emails, left messages, and called. They do their shady business and then don't even have the xxxxx to answer when confronted about it. I have never done business with a company as shady as Asheboro Honda and I hope I never do again.

Jen was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Jen was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She was very patient in answering all my questions and described new features I had no knowledge of. I felt she went way “above and beyond the call of duty” while helping me. A very nice and pleasant lady!

we bought our 2019 Honda Accord the end of 2019. Absolutely no issues at our current odometer reading of 90000. Been a great car.

Ningún interés en negociar sus precios.los cuales son más altos.en específico el 2024 cr-v awd hybrid.la vendedora excelente,el sig.sobre ella,todo lo contrario,quizás sea bueno con los números,pero no ha aprendido que el cliente es primero,lo cual implica tratarlo con empatía y retener cualquier cliente,tenga o no el poder de compra de algunos de los carros en existencia y no orillarlo a que valla y compre en otro delete fuera del condado..!

Seamless and painless!

Seamless and painless! I purchased my Honda CR-V from them and that experience was great. Similarly service has been good, minimal wait times and easy to schedule!
