I’m am extremely frustrated at this dealership!

I’m am extremely frustrated at this dealership! I sold them my car almost a month ago. It’s already on there lot for sale and I still haven’t seen my money for it. They didn’t even give me what we originally agreed on. It’s excuse after excuse! I am coming into money soon (my mom passed) and I was going to buy a brand new car but I wouldn’t give this place the time of day if they gave me a car for free!

i took my 2013 tiguan there in december '23 for an engine

i took my 2013 tiguan there in december '23 for an engine light diagnostic, and was appalled by the blatant lying and rude disrespect they gave me. their service team came up with more than 15 items and over $15,000 in repairs, on a auto with just 80,000 miles. the engine light code was for a sensor, but the dealership said it was necessary to repair the timing chain (a $6000 charge). i phoned a friend/mechanic and they recommended the spark plugs and oil change, so i did those items. the service people were convinced all their recommendations were valid, and made me sign a waiver, but the engine light has never come back on, nor have i had any transmission problems. meanwhile, the service desk ladies were very rude both on the phone and in person after i decided to only do minor repairs. they said my car was poorly maintained, told me i must know more than them to my face, and then still charged me $150 for the supposedly complimentary multi-point inspection/diagnostic. i would NOT trust these people. i took my car to another vw specialist, who diagnosed 3 smaller issues, with not one of the things that came up on the dealership diagnostics. cma staunton are scammers and rude!

John Turner at CMA VW was an absolute delight to deal

John Turner at CMA VW was an absolute delight to deal with. Both my husband and I really enjoyed getting to know him and his expertise on cars. He let us know what vehicles were in our price range and how high or low the payments would be. We did not feel rushed to make a decision, and he made sure we made the right one. We will definitely come back to him in the future!

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Carter Morris at Valley cma. I can’t say enough great things about him and the business as a whole. I love my new vehicle and will definitely be back to see Carter when I need another upgrade

I had a fantastic experience with CMA's Valley Volkswagen. I was helped from the very beginning by a sales manager named Catherine. Not only did she listen to my questions and concerns, but she was extremely responsive, understanding, timely, and well spoken. I am extremely happy with my purchase and experience and would recommend the dealership as well as Catherine in the future.

Such an easy buying experience. We have purchased all our vehicles and there have been many over the years from the CMA Valley Lots and they always go above and beyond from the salesman to the finance and continued excellence when it's time for service needs. Brought in my VW Passat SE TDI for normal service. The Service Advisor Eric Small was excellent to work with as he found a leak in the DEF injection line which will be replaced. Always appreciate the level of troubleshooting done to keep our vehicle in excellent running order.
