Mustang purchase.

Looking to upgrade our son's car. Had an outstanding buying experience with this place. Great customer service. Honest and trustworthy. Would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a new, or used car.


Crap service for out of States

I was interested in their unique sport vehicle and sent in inquiry about the status of vehicle. I get a multiple email response back but 1st email saying "With you being from MN, I'm not sure what information you need from us.   I am assuming that you have drove one before and a test drive other than when you would come to pick it up would be necessary." Are you serious? Yall don't even have photos of car on website and I wanted to confirm if it's available, verify if it's the TRD model, and smoker car or not. I didn't get a reply back until I've called them. They said they'll check it out and call me back. They never did and reply back next day saying car isn't a smoker car. Less than 5 minutes later, they email me saying car sold. SMH... Morons. Wasted my time and theirs. They don't take out of state buyers seriously. Congrats on selling a car and giving a crap customer experience.

I have no record of a Sukit Morons inquiring about a vehicle here at Porcaro Mitsubishi nor our sister dealership Porcaro Ford. I do take your complaint serious and will continue to look into the matter. With that said we do take all buyers serious in and out of the state of Wisconsin at all times. A picky customer very pleased

I just bought my Outlander a month ago. I was very pleased with the service I received at that time. I brought it back in to have a trailer hitch installed and once again, stellar service. This is a great place to buy a car!

Angry to over the moon ��

Bought a car a year ago from Mike, very friendly and helpful in the buying process. Took the car back a year later due to some computer problems, spoke with Dan about the situation and he was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved, even offered us his own vehicle to use while ours was being repaired! We spoke with him about needing a new Van for our handicap children and all the specifications we needed. He said he would get on it and find us what we needed. A week later he had a van for us! He introduced us to Chuck his Ford Specialist to walk us through all of the new vans features and capabilities. He was wonderful! Very kind and helpful through the process , felt like he was very genuine. We appreciate all the time and attention that Dan, Mike and Chuck took in the whole car buying process. Thank you!!!!!!
