Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! I put $400 down to hold a 335i bmw. I came back to test drive and purchase the car. When I test drove it for the second time it drove horribly. I barely made it back to the car lot. They asked me to give them a couple of days to fix it. Well I don't live in Carrollton so that was a inconvenience for me. I called and stated I could return the following Wednesday.... They said WE will need another down payment????? REALLY ON A CAR RUNNING LIKE CRAP! I choose to lose the $400 instead of gaining a Headache! Avoid this group! Bad business, very bad business. Crooks. I will be reporting them to the BBB. They wanted me to trust that they fixed a car that obviously was in no condition to sell... Cars look nice, but please beware! Crooks! Crooks, Crooks!

Awesome fast service.

Drove over 15hrs. Everything advertised was as is. Vehicle excellent shape friendly honesty staff. No bull no hassle. In n out. One the best dealer experience’s I’ve had at a dealership.

Amazing experience!

Amazing dealer with an excellent reputation. There’s a reason they have been around for more than 3 decades. I buy most of my private cars from there cause I know I will be getting a quality automobile. And they give you a full tank of gas!

Best car lot in carrollton

Hands down best dealership I have worked with. I was in and out, very efficient but also made sure that everything was covered. I recommend anyone to go check out carrollton motors.

Amazing Experience!

Dissatisfied Customer

I bought a 2010 Nissan Murano at this dealership around 2 weeks ago. It has 156,952 miles on it. I chose this dealership based on its years in business, its Google rating and because I went to school in Carrolton. As an educator, I work hard for every dime I make and I do not take any purchase lightly. Normally, before purchasing a vehicle, I would do my due diligence, but I purchased in a hurry this time. I let the factors that I thought I knew outweigh what was really before my eyes. First, the car was a lemon in the beginning. The check engine light was on and I questioned it. One of the employees changed the filter and did something else and the light went off. He did tell me that it could possibly come back on. If it did, then I could bring it back. So, I felt a little more comfortable purchasing the vehicle. The next day, the vehicle would not start. I had someone to jump it off. I called Carrolton Motors back to let them know and I returned to the store after I took it to Autozone to do a battery check. Autozone checked the battery and the results were good. So no, the battery was not the issue. So, why wouldn't the car start? That clearly meant something was wrong with the car prior to purchase. I sent an email to one of the owners about the car not starting and he said when the car came in to the lot, he had the same issue. So, my question is why did you knowingly sell me a car with issues? When I left the lot the 2nd time, the check engine light came back on. I called Carollton Motors again to let them know and request some type of resolve. I was told to take it to Autozone so that I could see what codes were showing. This time there were 3 codes showing. So, now I have a third issue with the car all within a 2 week period. They said they would fix the 2 codes only. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience. This has been a nightmare for me. I will never buy from Carrolton Motors again! Based on my experience, this car company has no integrity, morals or sense of responsibility. I own two companies myself and there is no way I could sell someone a piece of crap. My advice to anyone buying a car: (1) Stay away from Carrollton Motors; (2) Always get a Pre-Purchase inspection done on a used car; (3) Always check to see the value of the car prior to purchasing ( I now know I overpaid); and (4) Just because you have integrity, doesn't mean everyone does. very satisfied customer

Ed and staff were very honest non pushy sellers. I bought a used subaru about a week ago and had it checked by my mechanic and it was just like they said. I will recommend them to my friends and co workers. Ed is the guy to see when looking for a quality used car.
