Service Advisor Deana Shelley made us feel like we were the only problem she had to deal with. Answered her phone promptly and gave me the up to the minute... status. Our vehicle was towed in late afternoon Saturday and sat outside the Service Dept until Monday am. When I called Monday morning she already had our vehicle in being serviced. We were on our way Monday pm. Sign me , Very Satisfied Customer
They met us with a car they disclosed zero bodily damages to us and even sent a walk around video. Which I have kept for proof. Told us they would meet... us with the car but to already have the cashiers check for it. Because we had cash to purchase. After driving hours and already having the cashiers check for the amount we agreed on (per their description) we were stuck. We asked if they would take less because of the damages. We should’ve left them 2 hours away from their dealer and told them no deal. I’m livid my 16 yr old was played for a fool. He loved the car. Sad ppl can’t be honest. They said on google reviews they want to make it right but that’s just for publicity. They’ve yet to respond to my email.

Went in for sunroof leaking and was in and out the same day. Great customer service. Called ahead of time for the estimate and I’m very satisfied with... the work performed. No leaks!

I’ve owned several different GMC vehicles within my household between my wife and I . The recent service cost was totally outrageous , I have been with... this dealership for more than 10 years and have never paid as much as I have been over the past year. There is no loyalty for customers like myself , I was given a lame excuse to why the cost was so high and why there weren’t better discounts and have seriously considered going to other merchants for services to my several vehicles from now own, there has to be something better in places for loyal GMC vehicle owners

4-5 hours of waiting, test drive,tour of building, coffee machine, rush through final paperwork and placed in envelope, see after we finally got lunch... @ 430pm, got son from daycare, then home over 2 hours later see once signed, cannot change mind. My mistake, my regret. 3000 more than 2021.

Great service. The staff was courteous, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Facility was clean and I really enjoyed the new coffee machine.
