I normally don't have issues with this dealership but when I made my appointment for an oil change I was told that I could use the coupon that I got in... the mail for 2 of my cars that needed service. When I got to the dealership I was told I couldn't and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was met with resistance. I ended up paying $60 for an oil change that was supposed to be $30. Then when I asked to use my military discount I was refused, told that they no longer offered the discount on oil changes. I should've kept my appointment at the other dealership and would've paid less money. Was disappointed with the associate that helped me on Jan 31.
