Dealer has always been helpful. GMC in general could do better. Wouldn?t replace defective coating on steering wheel that was peeling. Tried to blame it on wedding ring despite this being a known issue across this model vehicle

Good experience getting the appointment setup about two weeks before the service. Pleasant and very professional staff. Only question about the way the work is scheduled. Seems that there is no difference in scheduled work or drop ins. I do want to emphasize that the staff and work was tops.
