Appointments mean nothing, left waiting for hours for

Appointments mean nothing, left waiting for hours for normal service and think they forgot I was there waiting, they started closing the garage doors and I went over to check on the car and they looked startled. This service department has repeatedly taken several hours to do routine oil change and tire rotation. We actually had we’re expecting the 60,000 service but they did not provide that even though we were at 62,000 miles. Very poor service and scheduling.

Took a meeting in the middle of the day delaying service

Took a meeting in the middle of the day delaying service I was not alerted for at least 45 minutes that my vehicle was done I had to go ask for the keys and they didn’t even know it was done. No ine updated us throughout the entire visit we were barely spoken to

Disappointed Customer

I normally give excellent rating but this time it was not good at all. My service advisor was out of the office and Jamie assisted in his absence. Not sure what happened but I received no follow up on my vehicle that was there almost a week. I had to call for an update and was advised at the time it would be there longer than expected. When I finally got my car back, I noticed something was wrong (it was riding even worse). But if you test drove it before you told me it was ready, that should have been noticed. That was totally unacceptable, and they should have made that right without charging me additional cost. As a loyal customer for over 13 years, they should have corrected this wrong. I have not heard from the service manager or general manager regarding this issue yet. This experience was a total bust!!!

Always been a great experience whenever I have taken my Yukon to them. Yes, I purchased the vehicle there so I may be bias. Expensive but never have any complaints of service or products. I highly recommend this service and dealership.
