The service person was condescending when I asked how much the oil change was he stated the total price several times. I finally said I thought it was $79.99 because that is what I saw on the website. He then stated no unless you had a discount - the oil change was $89.99 plus fees etc. That was the answer I wanted from him the first time I asked. I have always brought my vehicle to GMC Rivertown for maintenance but this was the first time I was treated with a condescending tone and felt like he was looking down on me. In the future I will travel out of town for maintenance on my vehicle.

I had a great experience with buying and trading in my vehicle. They gave a fair price for trade in value and the price of the vehicle I bought was also priced well. Made the appointment because I thought I could get a service car ride home and go to work. Service attendant said they stopped providing the service which was not correct. Apparently rides are for full service not oil change. Service rep. did not mention covered vs. covered
